It's a wonder this place is open corporate must just not care anymore. My order is either wrong, or I get food that is made like this. As a previous fast food worker /assistant manager this is absolutely unacceptable for orders to be this bad and inconsistent. If I could give zero stars I definitely would.
20 mins is atrocious for “fast food.” I went inside thinking it would be better and that was far from the truth. I got 2 meals and it took them 20 mins to “be right out”
Edit: food was awful, I know Taco Bell, but Christ, it was cold and thrown into the bag.
$30 for two meals is absolutely insane.
Went in the lobby because the drive through was like 5 or 6 cars deep. No one at the counter only a kiosk to order from. From the time I received my text receipt to actually getting my food was 27min. Un acceptable for a "fast" food restaurant. I would have asked for a refund and went somewhere else but the only employees to be seen were the ones making the food. Won't visit this location again.

Not only will they be rude to you, but they’ll straight up steal from you by giving you less than half of your order, when they know you’re not gonna wait another 45 minutes in the drive thru line. Oh, and the wonderful employees will hang out with their friends out front rather than attempting a sort of resolution for you! I went through the drive thru with my 4 year old son. I never paid attention in the past if there is a kids menu or not. The server on the other end was very patient and helpful. I pulled up to get my order and they put the fries in upsidedown so all the fries were falling out of their containers and didn't give us utensils for a dish we ordered that needs a fork to be eaten They forgot my son's drink and gave me the wrong size drink, which was easily rectified. Overall it was a decent experience, they just need to pay more attention to what they are doing. If I was in a hurry and drove off, my son wouldn't have gotten his drink and I would have had to go back around or go through the drive thru again.
0 stars if I could. Hygiene is horrible. Extremely disrespectful workers. The hygiene here is absolutely disgusting. Employees scratching their butts, and rubbing running noses then touching food directly after. All workers were rude and acted like every customer was not supposed to be there. Waited for 30 minutes for food, only for it to be sitting on the counter behind the workers for 20 minutes getting cold. No care at all.
So I pull up to the drive-thru at roughly 11:00 p.m. and the lady at the window informs me that they have been closed for roughly 2 hours due to computer issues and that I am their first customer since they were able to open. Which makes the condition of my food unacceptable. The tortilla my burrito was already getting hard and I had asked for a 5-layer burrito and all I got was beef and shredded cheese, that hadn't even melted & was beginning to harden and look old. It was rough to eat, but I had to go to work. You think after being closed for 2 hours that their quality of food would be much better, as it should have been freshly made. Not happy I received hard, cold, dried burritos. She was nice, but the food was gross.
Unless you have an hour to wait don’t stop here. It’s not fast food it’s a test of your patience. We have order through the drive through and inside and every time the wait can be 20-45 min to get your food. Funny thing is when we ate inside (thinking that would be faster) they looked like they were staffed ok. They just move slower than sloths and half the time the order is missing something, so check your bag before you go/ drive off. They do a good job of giving good portions, unlike some TB’s that skimp on the amount of ingredients they give you.
