Not a good place to work. The main manager shows a lot of favoritism towards certain people. When a fellow co-worker harasses you don't expect managers to help you. They go on the side of the person who did wrong.
People and service were great.
If pico sng green onion were available, my score would have been higher. You keep discontinuing people's favorite items. We have no reason to come back.
Eh, the food is almost always good, I always have a good time when I'm eating at Taco Bell, however a while back I was there and they messed up a burrito so I asked them to remake it, I then waited for a solid 10 minutes before they asked me what I needed, I told them again and the lady was like no, that was for the other guy. Apparently, they had given my burrito to some random guy for no reason, I don't know, It was resolved but it took an additional 20 minutes or so to get this damn burrito after I had already waited for the order the first time.
I want to say I do Doordash also and Taco Bell is the absolute worst place to stop for Doordash, especially the Emily Drive location, not only will you wait 30+ minutes for the food, but it's gonna take another 10 minutes to get out of the parking lot. I do not accept TB orders on DD anymore, I decline every single one of them, I advise other Dashers to also avoid those orders, and I advise the public not to order Taco Bell through DD, it could be a VERY long wait.
Was in today and overheard an employee trying to call sick. The manager said they’re not accepting call offs for any reason at all and to still come in sick or be fired. Claimed the CDC is changing their laws. Bull. Disgusting! You won’t catch me eating here ever again, that’s for sure. That manager needs to be fired and the store shut down. Probably check for health code violations and the department of labor. Yuck.
Reasonable quality fast Mexican cuisine. Restaurant staff friendly, but made multiple errors on our order, and are unable to keep up with facility cleanliness. So: 4 star food, 3 star staff, 2 star facility. Not returning anytime soon, we can do better.
Fast and usually always good. Becareful of the traffic out front. It was built before the plaza additions so traffic an be heavy at times.
Ordered a 12pk of taco supreme, Mexican pizza, and a few,other items. The pizza tasted like it had a,bad chemical it it so I threw it out.
The tacos, wow the were dry and nit seasoned at all, they were so bad my husband thought that I had made them and that my friends is not good!
Went inside to order because the kids needed to use the restroom. Waited about 30 minutes while they just kept throwing food out the drive through because they need to satisfy the timer.
