the items i received were empty, not cooked/ properly prepared. the chicken in the chalupa was cold, the shell was hard as a rock (inedible). double stacked taco had barely any meat, cheese, nacho cheese or lettuce and the shell was cracked. the catina chicken taco had barely any chicken, it was paractically all lettuce. my nacho fries had no seasoning and barely any nacho cheese for them. truly disappointed. the quality of the food at this location has gone down tremendously in the last few months. do not go here after 7pm. that’s when the workers start getting lazy ????
The Portioning was straight up garbage and the shells were burnt and it took 10 minutes to get my food and told them to mark which one didn’t have any tomatoes on it and they didn’t
Food is affordable if you use the app and order the online exclusive items. The veggie or regular box meal are good choices. Staff was friendly, order was correct, and the drive through moved at a decent speed
I had a unique mobile breakfast order and the manager, Gabe, was quite accommodating. He took the steps to go above and beyond to unsure my request was taken care of. Excellent customer service, excellent!
The parking lot is pretty difficult to maneuver but that's about the only downside to this brand new Taco Bell. The staff is very friendly the food is great, and the atmosphere is very nice. The drive-thru moves relatively fast.
Oh, did I mention THEY HAVE NACHO FRIES!!
I ordered a bean burrito with extra cheese, no onions. I have ordered this many times. And a side of nachos with cheese. My friend wanted extra packets of hot sauce. When we got home, there were no nachos & no packets of sauce. So my friend called & said he was coming back for the missing items. He returned with the sauce packets but the nachos had cinnamon crisps mixed with them without the cinnamon. They do not taste good with nacho cheese. When I bit into the burrito, the cheese oozed out so I looked inside & it was nacho cheese, not regular shredded cheese. I wasn't aware that I had to specify what kind of cheese I wanted. It was very messy and I couldn't even taste any beans.
Always my go to for a quick Mexican food fix. Except prices seemed to have gone up and food quality down.
Newer place, still really nice. It did take a little bit longer to get food but, it was decently good and hot. Open late most nights. Has a hiring sign out at all times but, not actually hiring. Which kinda irratated me and a few people when we asked.
