We have literally been here an hr waiting in line at drive through. Guy in front of us just as long. The guy taking the order was being spoken to by whoever else inside while trying to take our order so all we kept getting was, "what was that? What was that?" And "is that all?" Seriously?! Now just waiting to get the dang food.... Good Lord....
"Edit" guy in front of us is about to lose it. Rubbing his head and everything.... Poor guy we feel you!
This is our Mexican pizzas...... Really?!
Every time i order here, missing item, incorrect item or is made wrong. If i order a mtn dew and it’s clear what makes you think thats okay to serve? I spend 30/40$ every time and have terrible services i’ve never had my orders correct once.
On multiple occasions I've gone to this Taco Bell and have had a terrible experience. Breakfast crunch wraps with no eggs. Grilled breakfast burritos not grilled and no meat but tons of cheese. Just a couple experiences. Today I asked for chips instead of cinnamon twist. This is what was in my bag. 10 chips just dumped in the bag and they had the nerve to charge me for it.
Corporate really needs to step in and do something. Staff was yelling at each other and unfriendly
This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Every time I go to this location my order is always wrong, every time. I understand mishaps happen every now and then. But it's always an everyday occurance to the point it starts to feel like the staff is taunting you. As a vegetarian I order specific vegetarian items or I substitute the meat with beans, it seems like the employees at this location disregard what I am paying extra for and let alone what I am ordering. I ordered a spicy potato soft taco the last time I was there, and what do I bite into? A huge piece of chicken as you can see in the picture. I will never stop at this location again and for anyone who is looking for fast food in Washington Court House, I'd advise you to go elsewhere.
1 star ONLY because the staff was friendly enough; but the food was awful. Everything was cold like it was in the fridge before they gave it to me. I only live 6 miles from the store, so travel time wasn't a factor. No straws. No napkins. No plasticware.
The sign and most of the outside lights were off when I arrived. The menu and lobby lights were on, so I tried the drive-thru. Unfortunately, they were open.
The melted cheese on my Mexican pizza was solid when I opened it. I pushed on it before taking the attached pic and it didn't move.
$40 in food that was completely inedible. Now I have to find food the family can actually eat.
Never again.
Stopped in to visit after my eye appointment to get lunch. Witnessed the manager go above and beyond with customer service. I just want to say as a bystander to this event that she handled everything flawlessly and I applaud her compassion!
Empty dinning room wait 15min to get to order. Order finally then everything is wrong. Don't come if you have a time limit for lunch.
Left their disgusting glove in my bag took it off and threw it in there and it clearly has been used because it’s stained orange.
