Management was on top of the staff when I visited. It has been a while since I have been to this location, but I did have a much better experience than past visits. The food was accurate and fresh. The staff was attentive and checked in with me before I ordered to be sure I did not need assistance on the kiosk. The dining room was clean, and tables were all clear of debris. Will visit again if in the area.

Pizza Crust tasted old and stale.
Cinnamon twists were for sure old.
Cinnamon balls were old and one was especially hard.
I needed a tray I stood at the register line and said "excuse me" a couple of times, I was ignored, but could clearly see the back of an employee towards the back. I raised my voice a bit and they all came popping out about 4 of them. That back room where they are all hanging in is not that big. They ALL heard me but chose to ignore me.
The high chairs were nasty and dirty so I hade to wipe it down with water and napkin.
The table was dirty and also, had to wipe it down.
I want my money back and I never return to this location.
On 3 different occasions, this specific Taco Bell has screwed my order and I have to get a refund. I guess it's my fault because I forgot every time I order Taco Bell delivery it automatically gets sent to this establishment. DO NOT GO HERE!!
This night I decided to get Taco Bell because it's my husband's favorite quick place to eat. Normally food is nice and hot from Taco Bell but this night it was just okay. I ordered a few Chalupas and the shell didn't seem to be cooked long enough or could have been sitting for a while. The service was quick and people were pleasant enough. Of course fast food places are known for paying people horribly, so its no surprise to have employees that arent too over joyed to be at work. I sympathize with them all. More people are having to work more to just make ends meet these days.
They took a long time, wouldn't take your order, you had to use the kiosk, and to top it off, they forgot our drink and when I asked them for the drink they asked for a receipt that I was never given. I had to go into a full-blown explanation of my husband and what we ordered in order for them to remember.
I feel like everytime I order something from here and ask for extra cheese sauce, I never get it. It really is starting to annoy me. My job just moved to this side of town, and this Taco Bell is closest to us, but if we can't get what we pay for, I may just tell them go to the one on Thompson.
Mostly go thru drive thru for my order. today I went inside because they were busier than usual for me
All I can really say about this location is. Make sure you check your bag. Because they like to send you out of there missing. Items.
