Staff always has a horrible attitude and then try's to sell old food, it's always nasty and way past shelf life. I have worked at a tb I kinda know what is expected. This location always let's me down.
Well let's see I went to this particular taco bell to get a couple of cravings boxes when I got to the drive thru and tried to place my order i was met. With a hesitation and the response of I'm sorry in a sarcastic way we don't have that anymore my response was what why. Response was we have discontinued that item. Me with activation responded then why is still showing on your menu. There response is because we discontinued that item
To me that didn't make any sense. But instead of arguing with them and taking the chance of them spitting in my food I ordered a
Edit: been here recently meat was cold or if not watery food was put in bag upside-down so all the topping fell out the wrapped tacos tomatoes were frozen.
To many complaints so I won't be returning I should have read the reviews 1st SMH

Shells taste like the oil needs to be changed out
This is the biggest joke of fast food ever. I've been sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes now waiting for my food to be made and given a load of excuses ranging from "I forgot to make the eggs," to "oh the other lady that works in the morning came in late." Sweetie I've worked in fast food and in fine dining, it takes less than 5 minutes to get the entire kitchen set up and going. On top of it there is no manager present. This is supposed to be a multi billion dollar company? No wonder I stopped going to Taco Bell. ALSO HOW DO YOU DO THIS TO A QUESADILLA?
Ate lunch here got the nacho fries,5layer burrito, taco and drink combo! Taco is broken asked for another and I got this and 5 layer burrito was beans, sauce and sour cream that’s 3 unless they count tortilla! Sugar taste on fries 1st time eating them, is this normal? Not busy at 1150 to 1230 wonder why .. At least bathroom was real clean, needed to be let in that’s probably why.
I want you to know that I personally worked here for a short period. It's taco bell poor food safety and procedures that are getting everyone sick. If I had the power I would inspect these restaurants on how they handle the food being served to the public. I personally spent an entire shift scraping 1/8 inch thick coat of food debris and grease gunk off of only a few of the pans but it's so gross I couldn't get to the rest of them. Hopefully they will find a better employee than me who will contribute to bettering the franchise. I really like taco bell! What a shame.
I’m only got a drink. Baja blast. It was undrinkable due to it tasting like chemicals. Paid 4 dollars for your dirty soda machine drink. Disgusting.
While I've never had a negative experience eating from here I can understand the frustration from ordering at a fast food restaurant. The few times I've ordered from here, the food was prepared well enough, was at a good temperature and was the correct order. The site has decent parking if not a little tight but you can be in and out quick enough. I'll keep coming here until they screw up since it hasn't been bad.
