Couldn't even rate the food as I never got the chance to order. I was in the drive through for 10-15 minutes and no one even came to take our order. It was open and there were cars parked in the lot. I know they were aware of us being there as they saw us drive off and were walking around the building. We were just trying to get food for my siblings and this was a complete let down which wasted our time. Not as fast for a fast food restaurant.
This used to be the place where everything tasted great and everyone could get good food even if you didnt want tacos you could get good chicken. But now it's the worst food ever. It's never right and God forbid you order through door dash!!! It's never right, always cold and you never receive your drinks.
Don't go and don't order! IT'S NOT WORTH IT ????
This is the absolute worst taco bell/kfc in the western hemisphere. They consistently, like every time, get the order wrong. Tonight i ordered a burrito supreme combo and a 2 chalupas combo but, like every time ive ever been there and they tell me to "pull forward and we'll bring your food right out", i wait for 15 full minutes before going inside and see my bag of food sitting by the drive thru window for another 5 full minutes before the guy FINALLY grabs it and starts to head my way before i asked if it was my food and took it, only to get home and find 5 soft tacos instead of the combos i ordered. Wish i could say it was the first time it happened at this place, but it will be the last. They should shutter this worthless restaurant. No one go here.
I wish I could give this please negative stars. I waited 20 minutes in the drive through for my order, and it was still wrong. I thought I let the drive through lucky because I ended up with extra food, however only half of it tasted normal. I had to throw out the nachos because the chips tasted like old fryer oil, literally. I already know my stomach is going to be messed up the rest of the night.
The employees are polite, but that’s literally the only positive thing about this place. It always takes them forever to bring your food out. You have to pull over, and then they bring it to you at least 15 minutes later, and the worst part is that it’s never made correctly, and it’ll be cold. This is honestly the most ridiculous Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, but I can’t tell them off because they’re polite, it’s nuts lol. I just had to throw away a taco because the shell was burnt, like — what are y’all in there doing?
They gave me a taco with only lettuce and cheese. Got a crunch wrap that was a balled up tortilla with a scoop of meat and lettuce. Whoever made this bull stuff deserves to have they you know what handled
Food tasted like it had been sitting under heat lamp for a long time. Sides were Luke warm.
They messed up my order, saw people in the restaurant, went inside, immediately the manager screamed “why is this door not locked!” and proceeded to ignore me. The people inside must have been friends/family of the manager with one being super drunk. After having to yell over the drunk guy to try to get what I needed I was yelled and berated at for having an attitude. At this point now I did have an attitude. The drunk guy now getting in my face and insinuating that he wanted to fight me. This is the worst tacobell I have ever been to and this place should be shut down for safety reasons!
