If I could give zero stars for the food, I would. The hash brown looked and tasted like it had been sitting on the counter overnight, and the guacamole that was in my quesadilla tasted old and/or soured. Don't eat here. You're better off eating NOTHING and driving elsewhere to find food. It was also so cold inside that you'd easily think you were in a large walk in refrigerator.
Where have the standards gone? I went through the drive thru and the cashier didn't say a single word to me...didn't confirm anything on my order or even confirm the amount of my transaction. I'd like to know what I'm paying before I pay. Not even a thank you or have a nice day!
I ordered a Chalupa combo and cinnamon twists. Both chalupas were cold, stale, and had clearly been sitting for hours before I got them. Not a single cinnamon twist was intact...just a bunch of crumbled pieces. The only thing I ate was my soft taco and the rest went straight to the trash where it belongs.
Taco Bell has been my favorite fast food since the early 2000's, but this was the last straw after several poor experiences. My business will be taken elsewhere.
It's cold in here, I can see my breath. I also got here at nine, it's currently 9:22 and I still haven't gotten my food, none of the employees will approach me in the lobby either, I will never eat here again and you can count on that. Go to literally any other taco bell.
Update: my quesadilla was barely warm and the cheese wasn't melted at all, I know I'm making a big deal out of it but eh. The manager did say sorry though which was nice. Food mid, I'll make it at home next time. This place is more disappointing to me, than I am to my parents.
Typical border visit, everything was good, I got what I ordered, at least (which is more than I can say for some other branches)....
unti I looked for the fire sauce...and found 2 packets........2....... for a 5 item order... c'mon Taco Bell, you can't go getting skimpy on the sauce now, that's half the reason I'm going there!
Taco Bell was once a place to get good food at a fair price. Now portions are small and rather than including a reasonable amount of meat, have a variety of other stuff in its place. Virtually every menue item has less meat. Prices are up and meat is down. Replacing meat with rice, or potato may taste alright, but the nutrition profile is completely different. The consistency of what you get varies widely from restaurant to restaurant too. The photos of menu items do not show the item you will get. Compare the taco pictured here with the menu picture. If you are relatively new to Taco Bell, perhaps it is great for you. But having been a customer since Taco Bell started, it is quite disappointing.
It's been a month since I've been here and I went to go to the drive-thru tonight at 1:20am, the lights on the inside of the building were on but the outside lights were all off including the main sign and the Drive-Thru which is very unwelcoming. It's really a shame that this is the only fast food restaurant we have open besides McDonald's in our town! This is the third time I've edited this review and the service and the food just has not improved here!
Well tonight...its been almost 3 weeks since my last visit to Taco Bell so I decided to give them a try. First thing we are instructed that there are no beans or nacho chips available they are out. We were given the worse looking chalupas ever they were falling apart from been so dry! Reminder as to why I will not be back!
This is the original post; I'm usually through Taco Bell 3rd Shift hours 80% of the time the lights aren't even on outside, lights aren't on the menu, and the main sign isn't on. Every time we come through there's a list of things that are not available beans, shells, and various meats have been unavailable. The service is horrible unless you're not getting one the managers to directly help you. One night last week when I came through every single light inside and out was off there was for five people standing around outside hanging out by the cars, but everything else look dead and it was only 2:00 AM the sign says they don't close till 4 a.m. so why can't we get any service at that time?
Every time I come to this store the service is ALWAYS horrible. There where 3 people waiting for 10 minutes for help (all I needed was a cup they forgot to put with my online order) I asked 3 times if someone could help us and out of the 5 employees not one of them did. I will say sometimes the food is good but this time every quesadilla of mine (3) where not even melted. Our cheese cup for our nachos wasn’t even half way full. All the steak on my quesadilla was in one piece and my soft taco was so messy I took one bite and threw it away. I hate to complain, I am in the food service industry and this is absolutely unacceptable. I doubt we will come to this location again. We will just drive out of our way to the Thompson location.
There is one employee who was very rude to my cousin. Maybe he was having an off day. I hope things are better for the gentleman today.
