Extremely upset ordered two fiesta potatoes without sour cream and they put sour cream on it. Ordered the new loaded nachos that cost five dollars and instead got a nacho Bell grande and charged me $12. Also ordered two things of chips and cheese, which I did not receive had to go back in and they still gave me the nacho Bell grande. Manager was rude as hell about the mistake. I will not be returning to this Taco Bell.
I paid nearly $15 for 3 chicken soft Supreme tacos. I managed a taco bell long ago and I am still very familiar with the what the portions should weight. You pay an extra $1.50 when you sub chicken instead of beef and you are supposed to get 1.5 oz of chicken. As you can tell there is absolutely no way that this is 1.5 oz of chicken, literally 2 small pieces in each taco!!. You take a bite of pure sour cream and it was disgusting! Tried going back in, but I only get 30 min break and there was no way I would get any help in that little time. Had to make one taco out of all three and still was not 1.5 oz of chicken but atleast I could somewhat taste it. Extremely disappointed!
I wish I could give 0 stars!! On 5/14/2024, I visited the Taco Bell/KFC drive-thru on Rosevelette. I ordered 4 beef taco locos supreme. It is currently 5:11 AM on 5/15/2024. I have been up all night with food poisoning. This is the only thing I ate yesterday that was different, so I know it’s due to the tacos and not something else I ate!
Went there at 8pm on a Sunday, took exactly 30 minutes to make 3 soft shell tacos, staff was extremely rude, and 1 taco didn't even have the shell, just this wrapped in paper!! I didn't eat the food, I threw it out because I'm sure they spit in it.
This is a KFC/ Taco Bell. We had quick and polite service with an accurate order.
I love my TB. Am not giving them a five because they are so severely understaffed that I feel for them. I have stopped using the drive thru and now walk in because of the back up. They are always great n my food is always fresh!
I wish I could give this place negative 10 stars just left there they screwed up the entire order and didn’t even give us everything I paid for freaking ridiculous and there’s no excuse at all bc I work in hospitality/food industry and this place is only fast food and it ain’t that hard but these people are clearly incompetent and are lazy and just don’t care what so ever!!! Ridiculous! Not to mention it was so disgusting we couldn’t even eat any of the so called food they just threw together it was nasty just like her nasty attitude! Thanks for ruining my appetite! Never again!
Let me first state I was only picking up a meal for a family member as I don't usually dine at Taco Bell. I ordered them a certain combo meal (that totalled nearly $10) in the drive-thru line, but when I received it, an entree item was clearly missing from the bag. So, I politely asked the cashier at the window about the order & I was told that's how the meal came, but that still didn't feel right. So, I pulled around the building & pulled the meal up on the TB website & realized it should've included 3 entree items, chip with nacho cheese & a drink.
So, there was in fact, an entree item missing, plus the nacho cheese had seeped out of its container due to improper closure and covered some of the other items in the bag. I went inside & told a cashier at the register about the missing item & she politely offered to remake the meal in exchange for the incomplete one I came in with. What should've been an easy fix resulted in me being accused of stealing food and that's where my issue began. Because once the young cashier politely approached the middle-aged woman who was making orders in back, the older woman got very LOUD & defensive, immediately accusing ME of eating the missing item within the few minutes it took me to leave their drive-thru line & appear at their counter in the lobby.
"THEY ATE IT! THEY ATE IT & NOW THEY BACK FUH FREE FOOD, BECAUSE I SHOLE REMEMBER MAKIN' IT," she bellowed while gesturing her gloved hand. Then, a few seconds later, when she was informed that I'd already inquired about the missing item before leaving the drive-thru window, she says, "Well, maybe I DID forget to add it to the bag," in a slightly quieter voice.
I was ticked at this point & I just wanted to leave but it wasn't my food I was waiting for. A minute later, I'm finally handed the missing item (not a remade order) by the same cantankerous woman who'd openly implied I'd stolen food & though I accepted it, I was FULLY regretting not requesting a refund, & offering to get something more substantial for my family member with that $10 bucks. I left that circus with the nacho cheese-covered combo bag, knowing I'd never return.
