I don’t know what happened I used to come to this taco bell all the time with no issues but lately every time I’ve come there’s a huge wait time. My order is always pretty small with only three items. For fast food I shouldn’t have to wait 30-40 minutes. The way they do things is extremely inefficient and all the tables weren’t clean. Their soda machine also sprayed a customer because it comes out so fast. If you want taco bell go to a different location, you’ll be served faster.
I cannot say enough good things about this place! They are very hard-working here, that's for sure. Even when they're understaffed, they still try their best to get your food to you as fast as possible. If heaven forbid, there's a mistake with your order, they fix it right away, to your satisfaction. Food safety is their highest priority, along with customer satisfaction. Their current GM has been there for several months now, and they've really turned the place around, it was going downhill last year.. but once she stepped in, it was like a 180 happened at 79 market drive!
i don’t usually leave reviews but this location has at least twice allowed me to place orders online and then i have to cancel it when i get there because they “aren’t taking any new orders.” if your hours online say open until midnight, do that, and if you can’t be, change them, or at least turn off mobile ordering so people don’t waste their time. i work at a chain restaurant and i know it is very possible to shut it down if needed.
Everything was clean the only issue was i payed 90 more cents for a drink it was not the right size. Second I asked the guy to reheat the fries because they were cold and hard. He said of course comes back they are more colder then they were before he says here’s your fresh fries.. i spent 20$ and wish I could of gotten a refund i think the experience was bad and I’m never going to this taco bell again.
I ordered 3 Tacos and a Cantina bowl through the drive thru. I was told to wait around the front. Doors were locked initially. I pulled around to the front. The girl working there brought me 2 orders that were NOT mine. I told her such. 40 MINUTES LATER!! The doors were unlocked I complained about the wait and not receiving the food I paid for. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes, because there were no extras made. Some fast food ! When I got the food home some of the Ingredients were on the outside of the taco instead of inside the taco and the Cantina bowl was missing 4 Ingredients. Customer service was terrible and rude. The time before that, I waited 20 minutes around the front but at least the order was correct. It would have been faster for me go make it myself.
Horrible experience with these guys. April 26th at 8:45pm showed up and ordered a small order of food through the drive thru. Told me to pull around and wait out front. Waited around until 9:25 without anything coming out. Pulled back around through the drive thru to get a refund to find 3-4 of the employees standing around doing nothing. Will not return. They Need to find employees that actually want to work and do there job. If I could give them no stars I would.
Missed items last time we ordered. Had to wait for 15 minutes in the parking lot the time before. Today was the best. I was informed they had no beef to make tacos... poor management.
Went through the drive through and ordered a double cheese burrito. Was told to pull around waited for 10 min plus .Finally went in asking for my money back as it turns out my order was sitting at drive-thru window .no hot in bad as requested. This is second time very bad will never go back
