This is why this Taco Bell is rated so low. I asked for extra cheese . You can barely see cheese in it and they gave me half the chicken other places put in the chicken soft tacos new menu. Absolutely ridiculous and don’t listen at all. What I’m paying $3.00 for lettuce and cabbage. So dissatisfying like always.
The night shift employees are fantastic. I went through the drive-thru at midnight and experienced extremely polite, quick, and efficient service. This experience was a breath of fresh air in terms of customer service and I really can’t sing their praises high enough.
My fries are disgusting. They taste like they were made a week ago in old fryer grease.
Every time I order at This location they mess up atleast 1 item. I order this time 7/10/23 this time they messed every item and wasn’t given receipt. Just wanted no spicy ranch and meat and cheese only on my items nothing crazy but lettuce and spicy ranch and rice are always on my items , if you have allergies definitely open your food before eating may end up with reaction due to orders being wrong !
Went a couple days ago to get build your own boxes with chips and cheese the chips literally smelt like they have been sitting for hours they tasted stale called up there manager told me i could get more chips so i went up there today got them and they was nasty again!! Went inside & a manager or associate said “they all going to taste the same” no they shouldnt be tasting like that at all!!
Words and 1 star can’t do justice to how bad this store is. I just tossed $14.69 (rounded up for charity to 15) in food because they literally just threw ingredients in a bag. I’m sitting here in disbelief. I was polite to drive thru, so I’m genuinely unsure why they would do such a thing.
There NEVER seems be anyone at the service counter to take your order, or accept your cash when you order at the kiosk. Which I feel like defeats the purpose. There is usually always something missing, or made wrong with your order. Then when you ask for a correction, it’s met with great displeasure and attitude. Customer service here is a MESS!!
Their dinning room is never fully clean. Which I don’t understand because there isn’t ever more than 4 people eating inside. Their restroom, ????????????????. Do better guys/Gals
Food was very well made and plenty of it. The manager however who was running the register definitely needs to work on their customer service skills. If you don't like your job find a new one.
