Generally when someone says I can't have a certain type of food it could put me in the hospital it's best not to put it on there food.I got a chalupa with no tomato drove all the way home to find it covered in tomatoes. Drove all the way back to get it remade asked for some more Fry's since the others I ordered are cold now and the manager or whatever she was acted as if I was wrong for wanting them for free. She caved and gave them to me after I said something about being lucky I didn't bite it and have to go to the ER. I can live with all of that but what really got me was when I got home opened my chalupa and found a single tomato on top of badly portioned meat cheese and way to much lettuce. If you have an allergy of any kind I would recommend staying very far away from this taco bell. As they obviously do not care if they physically harm someone and put them in the hospital.
Ordered Mexican pizza both shells were burnt like they overheated them to cover up that they were stale. Also did not know easy tomatoes was code for over the dame thing
I just ordered online and the guy told me to wait 15 to 20 minutes because the grill wasn't hot and I go back to the drive thru and he said they weren't open and they just left the tacobell I tried to cancel my order but I can't get a refund
I have never had a bad experience at this location and the staff has always been very nice. The food always turns out like what is expected for Taco Bell, good proportions and levels of seasoning.
This location has recently upgraded to the walk in and order touch screens making busy times a lot quicker to order.
The restaurant is kept nice and clean and is an inviting atmosphere. It is my son's favorite place for tacos!
On 5/4, at 9am I wanted to get some breakfast and the doors were locked, lights off and no one was in the building. Wasted my time.
Food was good for Taco Bell, but they forgot my Burrito Supreme from my drive through order.
This is THE WORST Taco Bell in Cedar Rapids. I ordered online for drive-thru pickup. They shorted our order. I called to let them know & didn't raise my voice, no swearing but the girl who answered the phone didn't like my "tone".(It was an inconvenience. I live 30mins away & wasn't about to spend an extra hr to have them make it right.) she told me I shouldn't have a "tone" & she'd be happy to hang up on me. So she did.
You guys eff up & throw attitude MY way (she wanted to know the exact time I went thru drive up. Maybe if they had given me a receipt) but I'm not allowed to be upset you stole my money & a person in my group didn't get their meal.
This visit wasn't as enjoyable as other times. The wait from order to actually leaving the drive thru was over 14 minutes
