Absolutely terrible. This is what you will get if you go to the drive-thru. I ordered a Mexican pizza combo and the box for the pizza was crushed so when you open it the pizza sticks to the top of the box. Both tacos were crushed and broken. Also, the tacos are supposed to be supreme. These clearly are not. Just look at the pictures. I had some other stuff as well for my son and his girlfriend but did not get to take pictures of that grossness.
Here we are, a week later and I still haven't heard from anyone. Disgusting customer service.
I put in an online order and arrived at my pickup time (5:45PM). When I got there my order that I had placed in the morning was no where to be found. When I asked the employees for help they basically stared at me like I was an idiot and kept saying over and over again there was nothing on their screens. I kept showing them my receipt with the order number on it and yet again they refused to provide any help or do anything about it. A manger eventually came out and basically said the same thing. The manager also refused to do anything about it. The manager also said jokingly that they had, had this issue before and hoped it wasn't happening again. An absolutely terrible experience, an unfriendly staff that refused to even look up the order, and a manager who knew of a problem and didn't do anything to fix it and just laughed about it. It felt really great to show up to a party without any of the $30 worth of food that I had ordered.
Absolutely the most consistently WORST fast food establishment I’ve ever been to and getting worse. At first I thought it was a one off day for the employees 2 years ago, tacos were literally 1/4 of the way filled with anything at all. A year later, same thing, then this continues. I hate leaving bad reviews but this time takes the cake: My husband got our kids tacos and they clearly REHEATED them. The cheese was completely melted in a hard taco and the beef was soaked through the shell which was like soggy bread. Hate this place. We drive 5 miles to find a better one but every now and then stop here. Never again. Do better!
Drive through atmosphere is average. Food is always tasty here if you like that sort of thing. Service - they forgot to give me the hot sauce I ordered or the napkins I didn't.
Unfortunately this store is in need of training very, very badly :(
Got a bean burrito and they forgot the beans (or at least it appeared to be 100% tortilla with some cheese and white onion).
The soft tacos literally only had meat on half of them - which kind of blew my mind because I ordered 2 and thought it would be almost impossible to screw them both up… I was proved wrong.
The most amazing part of the meal was the new spicy bun crunch that they suggested for me to try as a new item had a Gordita shell (not heated up) with what I imagine to be a 3 or maybe 4 hour old chicken tender.
Please work on it… so we can all write good reviews and not sarcastic ones about how poor the quality is :)
That said the service and team is very nice here and appears to try

Update - I’ll just keep posting photos of how bad and incompetent this location and the owners are and how much they don’t care - moray recent - look at my chicken quesadilla - where is anything inside?? Cheese and chicken - derrrr I don’t know how to do things?!?! Der der der - so dumb - oh and look at my taco - I’ll just splurge a big pile of sour cream in one bite - idiots
We live nearby and are frequent customers at this Taco Bell. What's prompting me to write is that we're tired of receiving food that looks nothing like the photos on the app's menu. For instance, our spicy potato soft taco tonight likely had 15% as much filling in it as is shown in the photo; it was literally a small enough portion to eat in one or two bites. Same with the Black Bean Crunchwrap Supreme this evening, as well as last time: all bread and hardly anything inside. I get that this is value food, but there's zero truth in advertising on the app as compared to what we actually most often receive at this Taco Bell. They've also left off items, then hung up on me when I tried to call to tell the manager. We're very disappointed in this Taco Bell location.
I ordered ahead from the app. After trying to get my preordered food, the drive-thru says I'd have to go through the line again, hoping my order comes through. It did not. Neither was it suggested how to get my money back. I uninstalledamd removed the app immediately afterward.
how does someone ask for ez cheese and extra chicken for 2 chicken quesadillas and end up with around 5 small
pieces of chicken in total in the whole quesadilla. worst part is they had a second chance when making the second one but they still messed it up. all i wanted was some extra chicken and i got less than the normal amount. makes no since. taco bell you have ruined my day. i hate u
