I Totally get that they are cleaning up, putting stuff away getting ready to leave for the night when they close. BUT they are open till 4am. It's fair to expect the food will be just like any other time of day. But sadly my order was thrown together with a few things having less amounts of ingredients that they normally have. And everything was luke warm at best, not even hot at worst!!??!!
Do not go to this dump I ordered three tacos. Every one of them was broken. I ordered a side of guacamole and I got it in a little cup about as much as a teaspoon. Hope it didn’t break them. The only thing that they did get right was a pinto and cheese. I asked for hot and mild sauce and I didn’t get anything.
I ordered 2 tacos earlier in the day and ordered them with no lettuce. I got home to see roughly 2 pounds on lettuce on both of them. I called and asked if I could get them replaced and the manager Josh was nice and told me to come back in later and tell them I spoke with him and I can get that replaced. Later that night after work I went to get it replaced, I get there and they were nice about it and got my replacement and I get home and and what do you know, they have another mountain of lettuce. This has been a problem at this place for me for years and has made me order things that they can't possibly mess up, I seriously question if anyone they hire at the Troy taco bell has made it past the 2nd grade.
it’s like the employees can’t read , multiple orders on door dash and going to window have only had a handful of times where my order was correct never had a problem until the last couple month. how can you read chalupa supreme and put hard shell tacos in there, it says the order on the receipt
I got 2 Chipotle ranch grilled chicken burritos and neither look like how I've usually gotten it..you know grilled and they didn't add the red chips nor sauce. I rarely have issues with this taco bell but I guess today was the day.
I got 2 Mexican pizzas and after taking a bite I notice it taste fun so I ask my son did his taste funny and he said yes when I tell you it smelled and taste like someone sprayed chemicals on it I immediately stopped eating It!!! and we brushed our teeth and washed our mouth out with mouthwash none of the other food tasted funny but I didn’t take any chances I will not be ever going back to this taco bell every time it’s something rather they mess up my order or get smart with you about getting it right the management and work are rude and worthless they need to closed this Taco Bell down I did keep the pizza because if my family gets sick from this I will be having it tested and I will Sue Taco Bell!!!!!!!!
This is one of the cleanest and nicest Taco Bells I've ever been in. The staff were pleasant and worked hard and quickly. The food was well prepared and accurate.
Never get my order wrong always make sure I'm happy with my order and they always prioritize doordash orders when they know I'm working
