After a 25 minute wait for our food, the biscuits were rock hard, French fries were old and not even warm, chicken was Luke warm and tough and dry. Chicken quesadilla was soggy and greasy. Nachos were pretty much crumbs, Food prep area was filthy. Dining area over all was clean but the drink station needed attention
Dining room was not busy, drive was not busy, very poor experience.
Was there for walk in order was only people in there was about 15min and 3 cars came inside with wrong orders. Kid behind counter said to them can just swap bags!!!! I said you need remake them fresh he said he would go ask and that's what they did. Poor kid was new working front by himself and must've been 6 employees over on drive threw. When messed up orders started coming in someone should've stepped up and came to help him
Hard to eat mashed potatoes with no spoon. This is the least minor issue I have dealt w there in the last few years. Tacos normally taste like rancid oil. I'm just tired of gross food. The lack of management is the worst part.
Worst kfc/Taco Bell needs shut down. Food that’s been sitting in warmer for 4-6 hours and food poisoning. Never go this place needs shut down.
Best Taco Bell service ever! Never had a bad experience here and I'll continue to go here often.
We ordered a bucket of chicken meal to go. The chicken was hard greasy dry/not juciey. Horrible!!
Uh, my opinion, nope. I know lots of people love it but I have seen things. Kinda rude staff. Restrooms, ugh, please clean it. Handicap accessible
