These employees suck. They obviously don’t care about customers and the food they serve them. They deserve minimum wage
If I could rate this a double zero, I would. We walked into one of the filthiest Taco Bells I have ever visited. No surface was left unclean. We came in before noon, and it was a ghost town. That should have been an indicator as to how our visit would be. There was a gentleman taking out the trash who was behaving erratically and making loud gestures, jumping up and down with loud growling sounds. We left without claiming our food or getting a refund. We felt it was in our best interest to avoid potential food poisoning. The filth was beyond measure. Avoid this location if at all possible.
Although I’ve previously had bad experiences at this location, my experience this time was outstanding! The staff were friendly and attentive, my order was prepared promptly and accurately, and the food was as good as could be expected. Hopefully this is a good sign for this location in the future!
Pretty terrible experience every time I order from this location. Whether it’s in the driver through (40 minute wait for a $20 order with 2 people ahead of me) or an Uber eats order missing 1/2 of what I paid for. Whoever works in this location lack common sense. I assume this is a franchise location given the fact they lack so many basic food service skills…but to the owner….hold your staff more accountable. Worst Taco Bell location in Pittsburgh by far.
We walked in to pick up our online order and waited for ten minutes before someone even spoke to us. There were several people working and only one other person in the restaurant with us who had already gotten his food. While waiting, an older gentleman entered and was helped within a minute and we were still ignored. To top everything off, we did not receive the correct food in our bag. To say the least, the service was horrible and I will never be returning to this location again. Take an extra ten minutes and go to the location near Kennywood, they are always quick and have great customer service.
Food is normally good but you can tell when they haven't changed their fryer oils. Got cinnamon twists & I couldn't finish them. They tasted burnt, they're supposed to be sweet & light. Any other time though its been okay. I'd rather order on the kiosks than with the casheir. Mostly kids work here which is cool but takes them a little long sometimes to get simple items out.
This location is going downhill FAST. There is always a problem with my order and there is never anybody at the counter to talk to about it. If you order on the kiosk, good luck getting your drink cup. An employee will spawn out of nowhere for half a second when your order is ready and disappear again before you can ever ask for your drink. Today was especially bad because my burrito barely had anything in it. It was less than half the normal size and it was cold. Taco bell come on. I really like you and I want to give you money but you're making it harder and harder to justify eating here because of how inconvenient every experience at this location is.
The service is always cool the the staff don’t know how to follow directions like there no reason I order a chicken chalupa with extra rice and nacho cheese and I receive a beef chalupa with rice and no nacho cheese like it’s annoying! Do better and pay better attention to the orders
