The first thing I noticed after receiving my order is that the bag already flimsy and start to tear, then when I got a taco out of the bag, I noticed that they were extremely moist and soggy, my hard taco shell was sticking to paper and completely falling apart as I opened the wrapping. After seeing this, I checked the other tacos and sure enough they were all wet. Especially the soft tacos, the wrapping was wet and greasy. The bag even tore at the bottom because of the wetness. It was utterly disgusting and completely unappetizing. Then, I tried to call the building to resolve the issue. I spoke to a man, the so called manager, Walter, and when I told him what I had received he sounded as if he didn't even believe me. He kept asking “what do you want me to do” and spoke to me in a unprofessional tone and disrespectful manner. He was even using foul language and proceeded to hang up on me.
Terrible service! The man that works the drive through window will not give you more than 2 hot sauces. I have had to go inside more than once to get more hot sauce. I tried to order an extra crunchy taco at the window because I forgot and he told me he doesn't take orders at the window. It was one taco. He is horrible and should not be working with people!
DO NOT GO HERE. The staff is extremely rude. I came here to order a Doritos locos supreme and they gave me a broken regular taco. I asked for a remake and I didn't get my new taco for 42 minutes. The only time this place has good customer service is when the black girl worked the drive thru.
Okay...secretly LOVE Taco Bell. We ordered ahead for pickup at the store. It wasn't ready when we arrived, but, we got it in a decent time frame. It was hot at least. Food was good.
The service was quick and the order was accurate, but the quality of food was disappointing. The Mexican pizza was greasy and soggy. The potato tacos each only had 3 or 4 potatoes, so I combined the taco filling to make one taco and trashed the extra tortilla and lettuce.
Can’t rate food- waited over 30 minutes and they couldn’t even find my order. Had to get a refund. Corporate you really need to step in and get this store some help, management training, reading comprehension skills etc.
Even if you pre order your food through the app. Don’t go inside. They will ignore you. And so when you decide to go back out to your car and go through the drive thru (I would have left but I already ordered and was charged) to force someone to acknowledge you, you can expect to wait for another 20 mins in the drive though. Won’t be coming back to this location again. Go at your own risk. Don’t come here for “fast” food.
The chicken cantina tacos were not very good. Very fatty and chewy. When I was getting my order my iguana jumped through to drive through window. The staff were very kind and friendly in helping me find him. They could not find his little hat though. If you find it please contact me it is special to him.
