Gotta love the bell, ask and get charged for EXTRA CHEESE and you get almost NONE. Cinnamon Twist, well that's on the bill but not in the bag.. Yeah let's keep paying resturants and people more money and getting less service and product or nothing for it.
This is the only local location that decided to remove the 5$ cravings box .. the Only Reasonable way to order a cheesy gordita crunch..there's no combo for it. So unless you want to pay 6$ for a cheesy gordita crunch, I'd avoid this location. This was a very cheap move on this location. I used to be a regular with my family for the 5$ boxes. We will not be back. Bad move removing one of your most popular items just to rip off the customers some more. The prices had already gotten crazy... ????????♀️
Honestly if I could give this taco bell 0 stars I would’ve. I was here tonight and I had the worst experience with the taco bell employees. They literally get paid to do nothing. They kept arguing with me over my food that was not in the bag. Most of the time I go to this Taco Bell my order is either wrong or I’m always missing something. You guys are very unprofessional.
I get Taco Bell all the time. I stopped at this location for breakfast because I was in the area and had time to kill. The food was good, but I had hash browns that were just dripping with oil. Can speak on the service as there is barely any with the kiosks and no staff to greet you, and when they called my order, they were not very interested in conversation. The atmosphere was boring, and the place wasn't as clean as it could be for the morning shift. Maybe I am just expecting too much from a Taco Bell. However, I have been to nice locations.
There was hair in my food and neither my friends and I have black coil hair. I opened it and there was hair.
Terrible service, always forget items not a care in the world. Came here for dinner as it's one of the few fast food places open late. I ordered 2 2pks of cinabon delights I got one. Ordered an extra side of guacamole didn't get it. I had to go back to the counter and say 5 times to the woman I didn't receive the items I paid for and eventually I got it. The soda machine is awful pepsi doesn't take like pepsi at all everyone here just walks around without a care in the world. I've worked fast food before it's not that complicated to get an order correct. Very dirty on the inside just like every other taco bell in the area it's a shame as taco bell used to be good.
I ordered food on the app to be delivered which is through DoorDash and I never received it. I tried to call the store and their phone number was disconnected. I went to the store the next day with a friend of mine because I don’t drive anymore because of my illness and poor eyesight and relayed what happened to the store manager and was told I have NO PROOF!! I had order number and the order on my phone and that’s not any proof?? Also. Who runs a business without a working phone number?? apparently I am out $20.00 because had to pay door dash and TIP the driver that never appeared. I will be contacting Taco Bell headquarters in CA and will see what they think of this situation.
