Best WLM Reviews
I've eaten here in the past and it's always been fine, but my last experience was one of the worst food experiences I ever had. They got my order wrong and were rude when I asked them to fix it. My wife's quesadilla was nearly empty and uncut. It was shockingly empty. To top it all off there was a hair in my food.
Rudest employee I’ve ever encountered. Goes by the name James or probably made that up too Will be contacting corporate this guy needs to be fired or trained on how to deal with customers. I guess everyone is desperate for employees they just hire any junkie…. Just read other reviews seems to be the same problem with the same guy everytime
I went in to pickup my mobile order only to realize that I placed it at a different location. The staff was able to help me replace my order and get my food. They were so friendly and nice!! Will be coming back for sure.
I live right across the way from this taco bell and in the past it has been great but recently in the last few years it has been awful and the decline of this location is just sad to see as this was once the go to spot. The food is terrible the service is mediocre the soda machine only serves flat drinks I'm convinced yet I still come from time to time hoping it would magically get better. If the employees would care more for their job and put in the effort to make the food how it was supposed to be made there would be no issues. I don't leave comments like this but enough is enough to buy food that isn't prepared how it is supposed to is a waste of money! I understand this is a fast food establishment but it doesn't it even hit minimum fast food requirements. The order I purchased tonight was sloppily put together and cold and the fountain drink was flat. This location is getting to comfortable not doing what is required of them.
This Taco Bell is fire! The vibes are always on point, and the food hits different every time. The service is quick, and the staff is chill. Whether I'm grabbing a quick bite or hanging with the crew, this spot is always lit. 10/10 would recommend!
I’ve lived in this area for about 35 years and I have eaten At this location many times Today was very disappointing. I ordered Nachos and hardshell tacos every single taco was lettuce and cheese, barely any meat!! nachos Only beans and tomatoes no meat I didn’t ask for no meat, but that’s what I got. Barely any meat. Prices are going up but come on. It was a terrible experience. What a shame.!!
It is what you'd expect for a taco bell. I'd do 4 stars but once I got a bag of 3 bean burritos which I did not order.
Edit: got the wrong order yet again. Went in and they staff didn't care one bit, barely said a word and just dumped my semicorrect order on the front counter without a word. I was polite and nice and this was such a rude reaction for your mistake. Congratulations ???? you now have the honor of being the worst taco bell I've been too.
The black young guy working the window at 206 am is soo rude unprofessional cursed at me an told me not to come back cause he having a bad day. they took forever with the order only for it to be cold and gross . Don't worry I will never come back to this sorry ghetto place. Especially with ghetto rude black workers like him. You all need to wear name tags so I can further put that ghetto place on blast properly.
