Recently new store open, everything find here to smoke person, good service and also good products in this shop. Also, this shop is cheaper in town.
I order from this taco bell all the time. There is no reason for my recent delivery order to take almost an hour to arrive when I’m currently living walking distance (literally) away. The only reason I don’t get up and get it is because out of respect for the family in the house that are sleeping right now and I don’t want to make noise. This taco bell always takes long and makes the food taste nasty most of the time. When you do go inside to pick up your order, they will still make you wait all while they look at you waiting for long, draining, time-wasteful minutes. Most of the times they don’t even have a line and it’s just workers taking breaks outside or inside for no reason, sometimes intoxicated. It is annoying and frustrating and starting to not be worth the money spent. I’m paying so much for delivery, just for it to arrive cold or having the delivery driver eat my food and never deliver.
Honestly giving this a one star because at the drive through tonight 3/31/24 around 840 pm. The lady in the window taking orders/money/giving out orders was HORRENDOUSLY rude. I have worked in customer service roles at tacobell and starbucks as a manager for many years that were much busier and no one at my stores were rude to customers for no reason. I understand its busy and can be overwhelming but that is no excuse to treat people badly. To that woman in the window. Do and be better. If you cant handle it switch roles or get a new job because customers dont deserve your rudeness
AMAZING!!! Food was great and service even better! I am a picky eater and need everything adjusted Wilshirla was amazing so sweet and accommodating even though I had a complicated extensive order! Definitely my go to take out spot!
worst Taco Bell in past 20 locations i've visited.
Beans in my bean-burrito were ice cold
Cheese in my cheese-quesadilla was not melted and rigid and cold
the line was incredibly slow and they were not busy.
I feel sad for its patrons to not feel the actual taco bell experience with hot food, fast service, and delicious memories.
Average Taco Bell but with higher prices than our local store in the same county. The workers weren't friendly. They didn't acknowledge me until my food was ready. No "hello" or " welcome to Taco Bell". The food was ok. They really should hire friendly people or give customer service training.
Not crowded, friendly staff free drink refills. I'm glad they have the Mexican pizza with beef, it's delicious. I also had s dorito taco. Yum!
Making people wait to order due to the kiosk not working is pure stupidity. Bad enough to have to order from a kiosk. No service at all. Poor management
