This is by far the best Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to! I come here every time I make a trip from Philly to Boston and the nice folks here never disappoint. Everyone here deserves a raise.
Very rude at night when they messed up my $30+ order. I went back through and got attitude about them doing their job right. I love this location but the staff has gone down hill they don’t care!
All things considered, as long as you know what you’re getting in terms of quality, this is one of the “better” Taco Bell locations.
Off the gate, the entrance to the lot is a nightmare. It’s a narrow turn to the drive thru and once you’re on line, the wait can be somewhat long.
Deserving of a higher review, this Taco Bell actually serves your food hot. I’ve never had an issue with order accuracy and they always provide the necessary napkins and sauces.
I ordered 3 Soft Shell Taco Supremes and a 2-pack of the Cinnabon Delights. While I’m still waiting to find a location that actually takes the time to wrap the taco (not serve a heaping mess), food temperature is essential to the overall drive thru experience. The Cinnabon Delights felt freshly fried and while I can only imagine what’s in them, the cinnamon and gooey center is often a much needed guilty pleasure.
Admittedly, I feel like the customer service at this location could be better. Employees attempt to move quickly, but in doing so could come across as rushed.
For $12, Taco Bell pricing is on the lower end of the spectrum in terms of cost however the tacos were small and I found myself still hungry after finishing everything. Order more and opt to save money with the combos.
While Taco Bell will never be “authentic” Mexican cuisine, overall this location is decent enough for what it is and makes a quick weeknight meal effortless.
The young man at the front counter in Sat. 3/30/24 was very helpful and patient with me as I used Google Pay. I am so happy that Beefy Nachos are in the value menu, too. ???????????? Thank you. ????????????
The food here is usually good. The drive thru is pretty quick and the dining area is always clean. Michael (I think he’s a manager) is always pleasant and nice. Good location.
Hey guys I just got out of Taco Bell and I was super excited to try my food I had a whole bag and everything. But all of a sudden. First off the packaging was awful I picked up the thing and the quesadilla fell out but then as I was super excited to try my cheese quesadilla for the first time. It was weird. It was missing something. I wondered to myself what this was. There was not a single piece of cheese not even a drop just me and bread no cheese and the funny part is I ONLY ORDERED CHEESE ON IT. They literally forgot the only thing I odered on the quesadilla. If u want to be sigma, don’t come here.
Got the $5 Cravings Box and the Beefy Crunch Burrito, delicious. Modern location, friendly and efficient staff, and the preparation of the food was excellent. Overall great, highly recommend.
Went inside to eat. Used the bathroom while waiting for my food. The womens restroom had blood smeared all over the toilet and no soap in the dispenser. I had to go tell an employee and have my boyfriend hold the men's room door open so I could wash my hands. Food was good and correct but kind of lost my appetite after seeing that. Good thing we were only passing through the area, won't be revisiting this location.
