Our local Lake Orion Taco Bell.
They recently remodeled and it has a lot less personality inside and honestly I wonder why they would spend the money to change something that was perfectly fine but whatever.
The Crunch Wrap with steak is still good but it's the only thing I ever get.
The workers here are helpful and able. Starting with that, why can I not order from a human being? They ONLY two kiosks that are installed both failed and forced us to order the right way anyway. Why? Just why? I can stand in line like I’ve done for years and now and order from a friendly face but now I can’t even have human interaction?!? Garbage performance by a corporation.
Last 3 experiences at this place have been poor. Most recently it took 20 minutes for a relatively small order to be prepared. Once it was done as usual there was no sauce packets in the bag and had to go back in to get my own for a pick up order. Large freeze may as well have been a small with how much air was at the top. Food was slapdash and cold on top of it. Then when we went to open the cinnabons, there were 10 in a 12 piece order. I was unaware counting to 12 was hard. I'll make the drive to Oxford from now on. Fast food shouldn't be this hard.
Look, I'm all for smoking the good green and everything, but maybe make sure your employees aren't blitzed out of their minds before dealing with food. I'm always either missing an item, it's prepared messily and as sloppy as possible, or it's made wrong. I get mistakes happen but It's frustrating and it's Every. Single. Time. I called tonight and the woman was like oh I see what the problem was, they didn't ring you up. It's like... come on man. Don't make me drive to Auburn Hills please. Also, I know inflation is high and all but the portions and prices are ridiculous. You're better off buying groceries for a week rather than get a quick bite for the family.
Taco bell doesn't even taste like taco bell anymore. I use to love going to Taco Bell best food ever. Now chips smell weird n taste awful. Charge extra for sour cream but lucky if I actually get it. Just not like it use to be. Same for most of the fast food.
Gave me a brick hard crunchwrap and a near empty bean and cheese burrito. I had just gotten out of the dentist nearby and that crunchwrap did NOT feel good. Two stars because they're not normally this bad. The one on Baldwin road is much better.
Supervisors definitely have some sort of attitude problem at this location. Just needed some simple clarification and was talked down to. I'll just go to a different location at this point.
People are fine but what the hell is this Nacho Cheese fries with beef..... a plop of cheese and two fries... bullcrap..
