I wanted the ardvark nacho special and just got nacho fries! I paid 4.99 for each of the 2 I thought I was getting. . I questioned the girl at the window and she said it was what I ordered. I wasn’t satisfied with her answer and then went in. I showed her what I ordered and she argued with me saying that wasn’t what I ordered. The. The older woman chimed in with a smart mouth! What made things worse was that the girl was laughing at me not taking me serious! I will never go to the canal Fulton Taco Bell again. She didn’t even try to make anything right. Terrible customer service! Terrible employees! 5/5/2024.

I went drive thru around 6 on a Tuesday. Super fast, very friendly, extremely fast, and accurate and fresh food!
I was there and apparently who ever was working doesn't know the difference between sausage and bacon for a grande toasted breakfast burrito bacon and didn't even ask if I wanted a receipt or not
Everytime I order my chicken quesadilla there is always just cheese and maybe a few pieces of chicken. I understand it being newly open but this place has been open for 2 maybe more months . But the fact is I shouldn’t be paying for “ extra toppings” because there’s nothing on it . I should be paying for what I’m ordering. You need to put more chicken and sauce on them I am getting very irritated about this happening every time I come by.
Order was to go so picked up at the drive thru window. They are really one of the best Taco Bells that I have ordered from. Food is always prepared as requested and tastes delicious. They are very friendly. I recommend this Canal Fulton location
Good as for cinna buns all I normally get daily.
Ordered a quesadilla and they just kind of slopped it together !!! Not very impressed
