We travel All throughout the U.S. Baja California and Niles Ohio are our bases. Stopping at a Taco Bell in Texas, Arizona,New Mexico, Colorado and Even Kansas - You'd Get Very similar food, in taste and presentation.
Unfortunately, we discovered that in Ohio a lot of the food SUCKS! Restaurant's and the quality of the fruits are vegetables sold in grocery stores in are horrible.
I ordered the Burrito Supreme and my wife ordered the Beef Mexican Pizza - The Flour tortilla on the burrito wasn't fully cooked, The Mex pizza was devoid of beef. One bite and we returned them.
The Manager was Very Nice and promptly returned our money.
The store is clean, well lit and comfortable.
Note to Executive management: Please emulate the food on the West Coast. Your customers will really appreciate you.
Would put 0 if possible the lady with black hair that gave us our food had such a nasty attitude I worried she would spit in our food went as gave us attitude when I asked for our cups for our drinks she said what size like she was yelling children. Ordered a dragon fruit freeze and she yelled at us asking about that. Our food looked like it was made by apes there was more wrapper than food I had maybe a sprinkle of lettuce on my soft taco the food we got tasted like it was ancient like made when my great grandma was around they ignored everybody and I can definitely tell you this location is not disabled or illiterate friendly because when someone needed help the cashier's ignored them
If you order the classics they seem to get then right. Food was decent even at my closest taco bell. Nachos are always the classic go to. But I wish they brought back the beefy melt.
No ice for drinks. Forgot my sour cream in the cantina quesidila box and only a squirt of guacamole... it was almost laughable but it's a shame yall take zero pride in your job. Wish I could stop supporting this place but when it's right it's hits the spot ???? oh well. It's a 50/50 chance I guess.
Food is decent for what it is but unfortunately the people never listen to what I request. I love the fire sauce and request two handfuls every single time they give me 4-6 packs. If they would actually listen I'd give 5 star. But they never do
We door dashed, not only did they not send the sauce packets we ordered but a few of our tacos were just tortilla and meat. No lettuce, cheese or tomato. Do better.
I was having issues with a gift card reading properly at another store and was refused service. Minaj and the manager on duty at this location were more than understanding and accommodating when I explained the issue with the card. They were able to verify the balance, I ordered, had issues again with the card, but they refused to give up and got the card to be read and approved. Thank you both! Kudos!!
Went back because they had messed up my order. Had to wait over 40 minutes to get waited on because they were short of help and had alot of people at the drive thru waiting. While I was there an order was passed to 3 people before it was given to the right person and another lady had got her order and it was missing 4 items she had ordered. There is always a problem at this location ????
