I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional customer service I received at your establishment today. In my line of work, I travel extensively and have visited countless fast food restaurants, but today's experience at Taco Bell truly stood out.
The young man who assisted me at the drive-thru was a true gem. He exuded warmth, friendliness, and professionalism throughout our interaction. Despite the hustle and bustle of the lunch rush, he took the time to greet me with a smile, thank me for my patronage, and even wished me a wonderful weekend. His positive energy and genuine kindness made a lasting impression on me.
In a world filled with stress and chaos, it is rare to encounter someone who can brighten your day with a simple gesture. This young man's exceptional customer service skills not only made my visit enjoyable but also left me feeling appreciated and valued as a customer.
I am so grateful for the positive impact he had on my day. In fact, I am so impressed by his outstanding service that I would like to return soon and personally treat him to lunch as a token of my gratitude.

Perfection is not strong enough a word to describe the experience we had here. Quick and friendly service highlighted our visit to the drive thru. The taste of all that we ordered was only rivaled by its picturesque appearance. With 5 stars in all categories we will be returning soon.
Had delivery..look at pictures. My order was wrong. They put the sour cream between the taco and paper and not on taco. Uber delivery driver pulled up licking her fingers eating taco bell. Not taco nor the driver checked to make sure order was right before she left store. This was for my daughter's first meal as she's been in ICU. Terrible ????
Waited over 10 minutes for a pick up order that was flagged as ready on the app. No person on inside cash register, when I asked an employee that was sitting in the dining room, presumably the cashier, if I could have my food, I was ignored. Keep in mind the restaurant was fairly dead and I was the only inside customer. Ridiculous lack of service.
This particular location is clean and the food was atleast cooked. Was missing items when I was served 3 out of the 5 times I've made purchases from this location.
The high stars is because I'm rating this for what it is - fast food. I can name many places that serves better Mexican food, but they aren't fast and don't have drive thru service.
I get food 2 or 3 times a month and the order is always accurate, the food is decent and the service polite and fast.
Also this is the only Taco Bell I've been to where my hard shell tacos weren't falling apart when I unwrapped them.
Everytime I come to this drive-thru the order is wrong. It doesn't matter how simple the order is its always wrong and most of the time there are items missing or the cup of soda is half full.
The tacos are good and the price is v reasonable
