This place is ridiculous. They gave me the wrong bag of food, so I had to go in to get them to make my food again. It took 15 mins! They just kept making food in the drive thru instead. I watched 7 cars get food and 2 lobby orders get made.
Then, while I was waiting, they messed up 2 other peoples food. 1 guy had to go back to the counter again because it was still wrong. When I finally got my food, they messed up my burrito, but I was tired of standing there, so I just ate it. Not worth it. Just go somewhere else.
Food was ridiculous on how bad it was made. I asked nicely for a redo, and they wouldn't do it. To this, I asked for the mgr. ( Jackie), and she refused to make it right. So, I then asked for a refund and she refused that , as well. I didn't even get a receipt. I wadded up the food and threw it away. True, it was only 13 loss but, it makes me sad how bad customer service is these days. Nobody has any respect for your business, anymore. There is no customer appreciation. Customer being right is unheard of. These kids are rude and talk bad about you, as soon as you turn your back. Actually, I give them 0 stars. This is what my food looked like fresh off the line. You can tell from the pics that the tortilla is hard and dried out. No meat. The five layer burrito forgot a few layers it seems.
This taco bell used to suck. Not sure what happened but they're great now! They always take the time to load up the nachos and get my order correct!
Before I could say anything, I was directed to the kiosk where I self order. No receipt, I had to provide cell or email to be texted or emailed receipt.
Terrible presumptive service. If I wasn't traveling, I'd have canceled everything. Taco Bell/ Pepsi do better. Your automated laziness isn't worth a $30 lunch
Pretty good food and the employees were nice. Notably, there was this one worker named Kevin who had a very cool haircut that reminded me of the 70’s and was really sweet and patient even though I have a really bad stutter and my granddaughter was being very naughty???? my gal pal valenzia also likes to come here and her English isn’t very good but lo’ and behold, Kevin is fluent in Spanish so that makes going out with my gals more welcoming and good. give that young man a raise! Coming to work with a smile and good heart to be nice to people. I definitely will be returning because of this experience???????? if I was very rich like mister Beast jimmy I would gift him a house and many more things like a Tesla too???????????? god bless????????
This Taco Bell is the cleanest one I have been to! The manager there, Lea I think her name was, was very helpful and insightful. definitely will be coming back here again!!
Mr. Thomas was and smiled. Smiling is a big thing. Annisa was pretty knowledgeable as well with great conversation. Also she didnt give up on the Spanish speaking customers with the knowing what was being relayed. This is my hometown Taco Bell and always loved coming here. I drove quite a few miles to get here and always impressed.
If you want us to place our own order on the Kiosk, atleast have hand sanitizer available next to it please! ????????
