It is a pretty good Taco Bell if you in Bluefield and need a quick bite to eat. You have plenty of space to eat if you choose to eat inside I liked the steak burrito but I think that was a limited time item. Overall basic yet filling Americanized Mexican fast food. I recommend it if you want a taco or burrito for relatively cheap price. It is just not anything to write home about.
Ordered 4 cheesy roll ups. Only go 3. And they just threw shredded cheese on a tortilla. Both cold. Come on guys. It’s not that hard. It’s melted cheese on a tortilla. Do better and stop being lazy. I do NOT recommend
Today was a good day at the border. Ya gotta realize each place is an island unto itself, and if the juice behind the counter is bad (or mad!) the squeezins are gonna suck.
Everybody was good. My food was good.

Christmas Eve and a manager had just got done clocking out. He seen we were given the wrong order so he remade the entire order off the clock then helped a lady on his way out all while still being polite.
Everything was good with food and the service … there were employees cleaning and changing trash while I was there … it’s good to see that because some resraurants do not clean well …please fix the drink machine though … way too much fizz and not enough soda it also leaks really badly
Danica made my order so easy! She went through each item and what came with it and I added and subtracted what I wanted..... So simple I know but, it's hard to order a taco with no lettuce and it be right sometimes. The communication was just completely on point. I seem the same service and politeness with everyone she encountered while I was there also.
I've never had an issue here before but I went today and got a chicken quesadilla and it for one had lettuce and tomato on it when quesadillas don't even come with that and secondly the cheese wasn't melted. it was literally shredded cheese. very disappointed but i'll definitely be back because i love taco bell.
I mean I come here often but lately it's just been a mess. There are times where I am the only individual in the line yet they still get my order wrong. I figured once..shame on you but three times now just shame on me.
I don't have time to just drive back and fix the order when I am manager of a business where my constant help or attention is needed.
