This is absolutely ridiculous. The store says that door dash is responsible for making sure the order is correct. Door dash says the restaurant is responsible for making sure the order is correct. And then when you file a complaint on the door dash app, they give you pennies back. If I'm paying extra for things to be on my burger/sandwich/whatever, I would hope that someone actually looks at the order and makes it correctly. The restaurant says it is the dashers responsibility to double check the order- then why does the restaurant seal the bags and yell at them if they try to check it?
If I could give zero stars i would. Im not sure why, but they guy taking my order was laughing each time I would order something. He thought it was hilarious that I said Diablo sauce when asked if I wanted any sauces. I received 1 pack of mild and 1 of hot only. My 5 layer burritos was over filled and leaked all over the wrapper. Very unappealing. After years and years of eating at taco bell ive never seen this kind of service before. Will not be going back and I hope my review will convince others to go elsewhere as well. And to think these people want 15$ an hour.
We've been here so many times really trying to give them a chance to give us a decent meal. Tonight is another ridiculous attempt. Look at this taco. This is basically what you're going to get with anything you order. BARE MINIMUM!!! These pics make it look like there's more than there really is. This is PATHETIC!!!
the food is amazing never been disappointed, workers are hard workers and there so respectful and they always get my food to me quick and while it’s still fresh and hot
Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too ! Food was so disappointing after driving hours truck driving ! 5layer burritos was awful ???? made me gag biting into it over filled with beans & let’s not talk about this poorly made taco will hardly anything in it ???? as soon we walked in seen 4 people working so I was patiently waiting I know it hard to run a restaurant short staffed but it wasn’t even busy! Lady at the drive through just standing there doing nothing instead of taking our orders so to get out of there I HAD TOO use the broken, glitching kiosk … bad customer service if that’s all the employees Taco Bell has they might as well shut down the restaurant!!! Couldn’t get names because they had no name tags smh ZERO STARS

It doesn't matter how many times you call the store nobody answers I've tried calling four or five times now and it just rings and Rings until it goes to a busy signal
Food was great but service & the wait time was horrible!!
