This might be the most chic Taco Bell I’ve ever seen. It’s small, but the outer walls are clean and so is the parking lot. The drive through line moves quickly, and my order is always correct. This is a strange thing to say about a fast food franchise, but I like the recent remodeling and how the architecture looks.
Was a very bizarre foodie experience.. I was called out by a mother that was in the lobby the only person in the lobby for videotaping the inside of the place for this review. It's understandable with a lot of creeps today that you got to watch out but I didn't get anybody's face and I was just trying to show in my footage that nobody responded when I walked in the place was a ghost town as you will see. Please keep in mind that I came in previously had to wait through the same experience until somebody finally came up to the counter and said something to me and took my order at that point. It seemed like it was a normal thing so I walked out to my truck came back and videotaped as you will see walking in. What you see in that footage is the same thing I experienced before somebody took my order. The young lady working the window which I believe happened to be the daughter I was referring to just stood there as I was waiting at the counter didn't offer to help didn't say hello or even acknowledge me. It was only after about 5 minutes of uncomfortable silence that I spoke up and asked if I could have some help at that point she walked over to the register looked at me I told her what I needed she rang it up never saying a word. So to make a long story short the manager who turned out to be very nice although she was Defensive from the jump, came out and asked me what I was doing I had to assure her that I was not videotaping anybody's face and just the environment so that I could leave a honest review of the facility and the food as well as staff. After I explained what was going on she was very nice and apologized. I believe the owners and management would be happy as far as the quality of food as well as the quickness of the order. So all in all I was happy with the food after getting over the hump with the manager that was cool but not to be recognized when you walk into a business and have to ask for help just to order when somebody is standing there isn't professional or a good working model for a business. I hope this review helps you out. One last thing if you drive a big vehicle this drive-thru is not for you. It is a very tight turn going in and you can see all the rub marks on the curb where people have hit it.
While my food order has been *almost* correct each time I've visited, I've had to sit in the drive-thru line anywhere between 15 and 25 minutes. The staff hasn't been rude to me, but they don't hide the fact that they don't want to be there. I'm not asking anybody to be in love with a Taco Bell job, I'm just asking not to feel like a burden because I order a $3 spicy potato taco.
The parking lot has potholes so large that you will physically wince and worry about your vehicle's alignment if you hit them. Please don't go at night, they are barely visible. a $5 taco isn't worth the damage to your vehicle. Honestly, it's irresponsible that they haven't fixed it yet. I'll never go to this location again. Immediately off of highway, tight turns, potholes everywhere, unfriendly staff... Why would anybody come back?
Worst Taco Bell experience I have had. Employees were not friendly or helpful. Look at this poor excuse for a taco. What is this? Literally, 1 piece of chicken in here.
While we didn't have an issue with our food, the service was extraordinarily slow. We ordered food using the kiosk, as suggested, and we only ordered 2 combos. It took about 25 minutes. There was staff in the back, but the only time we were acknowledged was when we patiently waited and one of the staff said, "It's almost ready."
We don't come here often, and this is one of the reasons why. Change the atmosphere and have more personable employees and this place can turn it around.
When we pulled up the drive thru teller was chatting outside with another coworker and told us to give her a min. Then she stayed there chatting for about 3 mins before going inside. And had a guy take our order who forgot to tell us they had no beef. Then was rude to us at the window when she gave us our food. Horrible service. Then we got home to find out they didn't even give us the right food. But it was late and we didn't feel like loading our baby back in the car to go get it corrected.
A drive through order became an hour ordeal with this place. Two combo orders add guac. Wrong order given, half of it no guac. If it did have guac, apparently it’s customary to put it in the outside not the inside. Workers here are LAZY! Was told to pull forward so they could give me the rest of the order. No one came, and we waited 15 minutes. Go in and got completely ignored. Had to get the attention of a worker, the manager no less. Manager just stares and walks away. No aldowledgment of a conversation at all. Finally after waiting yet again. The taco was given to us. AGAIN, do not come here!
