This was a few months ago. I just couldn't get the experience out of my mind. This place of business, handling food for people to eat has a problem. Not only was the product not appealing, but you got nothing for what you paid for. A taco with no meat, broken shell. Maybe a half of table spoon of meat. It was not a clean place. The workers was unconcerned, phones in their hands. This all falls on management. Need to be improved. This was my first and last time spending my hard earned money at this place. You have to remember that if no customer come in and spend money you will NOT GET A PAY CHECK. You got one star because that is the lowest.
I walked into the restaurant and noticed two employees (male and female) with their backs to the register. They both looked directly at me, then looked away and continued their conversation. As I got closer, I could hear the black male employee speaking, and the only word I could clearly make out was the "N" word, which he said about 10 times in a 15 second span. While waiting at the counter, they continued their unprofessional conversation, and I could see inside the main office which had 5 people standing in it. A few of them looked at me and then simply continued to speak amongst themselves. I waited at the counter for about 3 minutes with multiple people walking past me without a care in the world that they had a customer. Finally a girl started to walk past and asked if I had been helped and I told her no. She then took my order, she told me to grab the receipt from the machine once it printed and she walked away. The receipt never printed, food eventually came up, and I looked in the bag, and half of it was missing. I know establishments can have off days, but this was an all around dump.
This place has KFC and Taco Bell in the same place. Our order was simple burritos and quesadilla but it took us more than 20 min to get the food. It was not crowded, mostly it was the KFC order getting out faster.
This Taco Bell isn't the best. I've had much better, but I've also had worse. This one is still much lower on the list. I ordered a number 9 - Mexican pizza and two Supreme crunchy tacos. I did not like the taste of the beans, it had something mixed into it. The team service is good. And the atmosphere wasn't quite right for me but it worked out. Overall, a 3 stars. I wouldn't come back for the Taco Bell itself.
The Mountain Dew sweet mountain was the best part of everything else.
food tasted like cigarettes somebody smokin in the kitchen. service was awful. no one doing their job around here just walking around talking to each other not worried abt the customers waiting on their food for 30 mins
There was an extremely heavy amount of mayo on my sandwich. The place was surface level clean. It needs a deep clean and an update.
While there was a really nice guy sweeping the floor, the soda machine had stuff thrown all around, and there was dried up, sticky soda all over the place. Food was good though, and the servers were friendly.
Food was undercooked. They were unstained and seemed lethargic. Dining room and restrooms appeared to not have Bern cleaned in some time. Men's restroom wreaked of urine smell..
