Out of fries, out of baha blast. Worker had to ask if they had chips and cheese. HORRIBLE Taco Bell. Line ALWAYS takes forever even with small line. Once you’re inside the drive thru … You’re locked in! You’re stuck in the line for atleast a(n) hour! Workers are probably all inside doing blow. Who knows. This place is the definition of Lancaster TRASH! … EDIT : We got our cold food around 10:03 … Not once did the staff apologize for the wait. When asked about the wait they just said they have 2 workers & asked if I wanted a job. Respectfully, they can off themselves. I’ve done my fair share of fast food & I know that I could run the shot show way better than those inbreds. No motivation for life, horrible customer service. If I could’ve rated this 0 stars … I would’ve. Waste of a Christmas gift card.
As dramatic as it sounds, if I could give them 0 stars I absolutely would, this is 10000% the worst establishment I've ever been to. As MANY others have mentioned, the food is never right (it may even be cold when given to you), the wait is horrendous and none of the staff ever seem like they know what to do or how to handle the job. I've worked in big restaurants, and I've worked in fast food, it is not hard to take a few seconds and CHECK that the order is right.
In town for work. The first tie I came in during a lunch rush and it seemed like they were struggling to maintain operations. Since then I've been back multiple times and they have greatly improved. Food made correctly each time.
Im not sure what is wrong with this store, but it is just terrible. I ho to taco bell all the time, i love it, but this store is just so poorly managed. The average wait time is 30 to 45 min for anything, inside or out and your order is always screwed up in some way. The staff are always great and appear to be trying but the franchise owner needs to go because they have no management ability.
For a place that's supposed to be fast food, waiting 30+ minutes in the drive through is abysmal yall need to implement the system that wendys and mcdonalds has where you have the customer get out of the line and park somewhere to bring out their food to get the line moving. Do you guys NEVER have enough people or what?? It always seems like there's only 2 MAX any time of the day
I ordered food online 15 mins at least before I was there to pick it up inside. I waited another 15 mins to get my food. They had more than enough employees there. 2 upfront at register and 5 in the back not including the manager. Out of the 5 employees in the back 2 were working somewhat and 3 were in the corner chatting away while customers waited for their food. I rated one star cause that's the lowest you can rate them. This establishment is way below that.
I have been to this Taco Bell multiple, multiple times. I keep giving them chances but I think I have to be done. I'm diabetic so I get the diet mountain dew when I go... Not once has this diet mountain dew had the right amount of syrup. It always tastes like soda water. This not an exaggeration. Not one time has it actually had good syrup. The food is always disgusting but last night was the worst. I don't know what part of the food it was but something in every single item tasted as if someone poured a pound of salt on it. It was inedible. I have wasted so much money going here. I won't waste another cent.
Started going back here recently for quick lunches. Went around noon in January 2024 and the dining room and drive through line were packed.
I ordered online and just wanted to pick up. I waited at least fifteen minutes to receive a bag that was completely incorrect. There was no receipt or slip in the bag that would've shown it was my order.
Returned a few weeks later and went earlier, before the lunch rush. Still more people standing and waiting than eating in the dining room. Didn't wait nearly as long for my order, but one item was still completely wrong, and still no receipt/slip to show whose order it was.
That's two strikes. One more chance before I stop going.
