Ordered a crispy chicken cantina taco and this is what I received. This is not even close to what I ordered. I am not happy about this.
This is not once but twice they have forgotten the meat in my chalupa..... Guys come on it's like the first ingredient. What the heck?
Ordered $50 worth of food tonight on the app. Ordered one of the burritos grilled. It wasn't grilled. Ordered a burrito supreme with no lettuce. Got a beef and rice burrito! That's it! Called to tell them. The employee that answered the phone said he made this order and it was right. I'm eating it and it isn't right!!!! He hung up on me. Terrible customer service!
Let's talk about what was great the food hot typical taco bell at its best creamy beans warm tortillas!!! Let's talk about the atmosphere dirty tables no napkins and when did the dinning room become the employee break room wow there is a small section next to drink refill station and condiments they claimed they have Tupperware open personel wrappers from who knows what there huge hand bags laying everywhere and I was there long enough to see 2 rounds of breaks and nobody cleaned up after each other not very professional mabey I'm old fashion but employees were designated to eat in provided breakroom or back of dinning room it's just not a good look I hope there not also taking front of house parking? this may be my last visit
Overall they've improved in the last 6 months ... previously ... I went there and the employees didn't care about you, the good, or their job and the food was literally thrown together...the last 2 times I've been there is different... it's fast food...what do you expect? They also nickle and dime you for additions but don't give you credit for ingredients taken off...go figue
Drive thru cashier messed up my order and then threw a fit about remaking the food so I only got the fries they missed.
Why are there fries on my tacos? Why wouldn't you give me a side of fries instead? Why wouldn't you ask if that's what I meant after mistakenly putting rice on my tacos during the order process?
Disappointing Experience: Late Openings and Unacceptable Delays
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at Taco Bell. Despite their advertised opening time of 8:00 AM, the restaurant consistently fails to open until 9:00 AM, causing significant inconvenience to customers like myself. As if the late opening wasn't frustrating enough, the staff members have the audacity to inform customers that the food won't be ready for another hour due to their own tardiness. This recurring issue has left me thoroughly dissatisfied with Taco Bell's service.
The lack of punctuality and accountability displayed by the staff is unacceptable. It is clear that there is a severe mismanagement of time and resources, which directly impacts the customer experience. As a result, I have been left with no choice but to seek alternative dining options, as I cannot afford to waste my time waiting for a restaurant that consistently fails to operate efficiently.
I strongly urge Taco Bell to address this issue promptly and implement measures to ensure that their advertised opening hours are adhered to. Customers should not have to endure such unprofessional behavior and should be able to rely on the restaurant's posted hours of operation. Until this matter is resolved, I regretfully cannot recommend Taco Bell to others and will be taking my business elsewhere.
