It was slow there so I won't speak to the service but the staff were very friendly.
I'm writing to appreciate and encourage the user-friendly set up of the store. Now when lines are busy it might be a problem but the general principle of keeping the napkins and the sauces close to check out should be duplicated. ????️
I went to this location at least once a week for nearly 2 years, for the most part they never let me down, they were always friendly, however they would forget little things from time to time(cinnamon twist, cheese for nachos, sauces, straws, napkins, etc.) which would be annoying, but never anything so bad where I wouldn’t come back. Also, if someone mistakingly orders carry out instead of drive thru on the app, don’t make them come inside, they, like me, may have trouble walking and just made a mistake. If it is “policy” then please review it.
Otherwise, thank you for taking care of all my orders thru those years.
When I walked up to the counter, a lady asked me if I needed something. I said I would like to order. She told me she couldn't because she only had two employees working. So I left.
Workers make more than a nurse and other educated careers, yet the food was no where near what the pictures show which for the money is false advertising. I paid almost $3.00 for less than a $1.00 worth of food. This location should be ashamed of themselves for false advertising and slow service. The picture speaks for itself, Chipotle Crunchy Burrito at almost $3.00 with taxes. On a good note, the worker at the window was friendly.
Always very fast service and friendly helpful employees. I had a complicated order that involved coupons that could only be ordered at the counter and also an online exclusive that only could be ordered online, and I accidentally ordered the online order for a location in Hampton, VA. The employees here gave me my order here despite the accident. Thank you Taci Bell employees! Saved me a 25 mile trip!
The cashier Never took my order inside, so I came back the next day and ordered though the drive-through.
If I could give this establishment no stars I would. Went through the drive thru today and was more than disgusted with this place and will not be returning. As I pulled up to the window to pay as soon as the window opened you could hear some lady yelling. She was being very loud and nasty, it was clear 2 employees were fighting. The woman quickly grabbed my card and took my payment then they left me sitting there without getting my drink and no one in sight. Finally annoyed, hearing this lady still yelling and not seeing anyone I knocked on the window. I’m a rush as I was on my meal break and didn’t have time for this, they then came to the window with an attitude with me like I was the problem. I explained I was just looking for an answer as to how long it might take or if I could get my drink in the mean time. The man at first gave me the nastiest look and then got snippy with me saying I was making your food. I said well I had a drink too and the girl was just then getting it so he said yeah she is getting it now. I would just like to say that I generally go to this Taco Bell 2-3 a week for fries. NOT EVER AGAIN! This experience has wrecked my opinion on the particular establishment. It really shows how things are ran at this one and how they treat each other let alone their customers. What a sh*t show! These people need to go up and learn some better customer service skills. The least they could have done was let me know it would be a minute and apologize for the lady being extra. In stead I was treated like I was the problem.
I realize standards are low for fast food. (Except at Chick-fil-A, wonder why) One still must take some pride in their work. Particularly, feeding people. I used to frequent this place a year ago and it seems to be different staff. Very friendly and clean. However, my tacos were just thrown together, sloppily and we're cold. How much do these folks have to be paid for the m to prepare decent food? Seems, there is no amount. I'm a black man and it's sad that when I walk in a fast food place and see all of my folks...I expect poor food and service. Usually I will leave. There's a reason Chic Fil A is so far and above all other fast food. They don't hire a certain demographic. I worked in fast food when I was 16 and I refused to send out horrible looking food. That was me as a child. These folks would rather talk amongst themselves rather than provide good food. Truly embarrassing. I'm not paying the prices they charge and your staff can't put a decent taco together. Then have an audacity to ask for higher pay. Trifling!
