In between doing DoorDash deliveries I decided to order some food. I ordered a cheesy bean and rice and a potato soft taco. The cheesy bean practically was all wrap with a slight addition beans. I ordered a LARGE dragonfruit freeze with it and when I got my food I had to tell this guy I also ordered a freeze. He tells me after I buy this thing they’re out of the dragonfruit syrup and I could get a different flavor which was fine. He proceeds to grab me a water up and fill it with a strawberry flavor I didn’t ask for so I correct him and tell him I didn’t ask for that one I wanted a Baja blast and that it was large. He fills a medium and I was just waiting forever needed to get this order to this person and said screw it and walked out. Definitely think dude was baked
Had an issue with the app, and the cashier and supervisor were awesome by helping me to get the order that wasn't letting me choose an option and made it how I wanted it!! People like that are hard to find, especially when it comes in a restaurant! Great service and awesome food!!????
We still like the food but they are getting crazy on their prices.
We spent about $34 for 2 people - 15 tacos. Remember when they were the most affordable drive thru to hit!
After we got our food we realized we might as well went to Quaker steak and lube... We'd have spent roughly the same amount but for much better meals.
I use to enjoy coming here, but now it seems they never have what you want as well as ignorant staff (not all). If your looking for hot food and good service taco bell by khols is the better option. It's just a shame, hopefully something changes soon.
The workers don't know how to communicate and want to take way longer then needed to make an order
I went to the Taco Bell in Hermitage, PA today, it was AWFUL! The food was cold, soggy, and looked as if it had been sitting for hours. I get that it's fast food, but that's unacceptable! Almost $40 worth of food (which isn't much anymore) and that's what I got. I threw mine away! Why risk the impending food poisoning.
Sometimes, service isn't great and sometimes they understand the assignment. Food is what you expect, it's Taco Bell. Support the kids.
I have gotten the same thing multiple
Times and they have shorted me 3 times on the Cinnabon delights don’t understand this I get two 2 packs and they always short me starting to get annoyed here
