I’ve been going to this Taco Bell ever since I moved to Clarkston. Not ONCE have I had a bad experience here. The people at the drive through ALWAYS ask how your day is going. The food is phenomenal. Most other Taco Bell’s people sound like they wanna off themselves. This one’s different though. Wish it had more than a 3.9 star rating
Surprised at the low reviews. Newer to the area but have been through the drive through a lot. Staff is ridiculously kind and the speed rivals chick fil a. Whoever is hiring is finding people that take pride in what they do and actually have a work ethic unlike most fast food. Kudos
I’ve been to this location many times with no problems. Most staff are nice people and give great service. But today I went in and gave my order. There were many red flags at the start but I ignored them. The man working the drive through kept mishearing me but that wasn’t a big deal since it was late at night, I understand. But once I received my order and arrived home there was no rice in my burrito. No rice at all. It was just a tortilla wrapped around beans. If they ran out of beans they should at least let us know, instead of scamming us by having us buy the food. He didn’t even give the receipt. It’s almost like they knew that we would complain and tried to make the order not refundable. Really disappointing. I hope for the best for the owner of this restaurant.
Need to get better at keeping the drive through moving. Waiting till there is one car at the window, then taking more orders is too slow. A car leaves your window, take another order. There are usually two people working the wondow anyhow.
They are usually great, but I had a terrible experience and I may not go back. I’m not going to give them a 1 star review because they’re usually great.
The food was fine, but when they forgot to put something in my order and when I came back to get the item, they were extremely rude to me. First, the person who came up to help me argued with me! They told me that they gave us 3+ bags, we only got 1.
Then the same person didn’t even apologize when they realized that they gave part of my order to the wrong person.
Then I had to wait 30+ minutes to get the item, and when I was waiting I heard someone mention that I was waiting for awhile, and another person yelled that ‘she can keep waiting’ when they are the ones who forgot to put something in my order.
If they were nice about it, I would’ve been happy to wait, but they weren’t. And I had to argue with them just to get the one item.
In no way does "ADD light beans" Mean completely replace the beef with beans -_-
Other than that, everything was perfectly fine.
Incredible staff! Always cheerful and pleasant in the drive thru. The best Taco Bell in the USA. ????
Day shift @2-3pm I stopped by to grab food on the way home. The drive up was a awesome welcome and people where super nice food came up good.. Keep killin it guys!
