This was a Taco Bell / KFC. I went by to grab my daughter something through the drive-thru, after her doctor's appointment. The staff was rude and threw the bags out the window at you without even acknowledging you. The good seemed to be good but the customer service needs to be replaced IMO.
This place is horrible. The employee was giving handshakes to his buddies that were there as customers and then started making my food without washing his hands or wearing gloves so I said something and was told we're not the only place around here and that I can go somewhere else. I haven't been back in over a year until today and it was the same. We usually order alot of food and try new things on menus but I just ordered 9 tacos because my son wanted taco bell and we went through the drive thru. One taco was wrapped in the bag. The rest were literally just thrown in the back unwrapped. I went back through the line and the young lady rolled her eyes and said "I'm so tired of people" and slammed the window. I just took the loss and drove off and went to the grocery store and made my son tacos at home. The manager or whoever is training these employees needs to be fired or do their job and train them right and hold them accountable. Please save yourself from being disappointed and don't waste your time with tappahannock taco bell.
I have eaten at this taco bell over 20 times and been dissapointed every single time. I'm a local and I personally really enjoy eating at other taco bell facilities but everytime I go hoping they have fixed the place I rarely get everything I purchased the first time, they just throw everything into a bag and it seems like they shake it, and when they actually put a reasonable amount of fillings into the $5 burrito it's cold.
I think their objective is to be the worst fast food restaurant this side of the Mississippi. Almost like it's part of their culture at this restaurant. There is something wrong every. single. time. Worthless scum that works in this dump.
Well I thought I would try one more time. That was a mistake. Crunchwrap not so crunchy. There were only pieces of the hard shell in there. Every time I come here there is an issue. Sloppy, missing ingredients. So. That's it for me.
Friendly service, slow delivery, good food. Also picked up the chicken special which was a good deal. See KFC review.
I normally don't eat at fast food places. The food was alright, not much to brag about. This place has two franchises occuping the space. It's Kentuckey Fried Chicken and Taco Bell. I actually had Kentucky Chicken as my meal. The lady who served me was very good and even gave suggestions so I could pay less for my meal.
Food absolutely disgusting the dine in area is filthy and the floor is very sticky around the drink machine. I have never paid so much for diarrhea.
