Terrible customer service. Terrible portions. Don’t listen to anything you say. Do NOT BOTHER coming to this Taco Bell. Any other has to be better than here.
Ordered online, no chili cheese burritos on the app and you have to go inside to pick up your order. They won't let you use the drive thru. Ordered sauce packets, they were listed on the receipt, there were none in the bag.
haven't gone inside, but they've gotten numerous mobile orders correct even with modifications! will be back
It's sucks when you have to expect horrible service and disgusting food put together by people who clearly do not care. I cant find a single taco bell anymore that isn't a compete roll of the dice (even by what was already a low standard.) How hard is it to read an order?? I find it hard to believe everyone is this dumb. No, as you may expect, lazy workers who couldn't hack it at any other job work at Taco Bell.
I ordered online and still had to wait a while for my food. When it was brought out, I asked the employee for some sauce. She said “you didn’t order any” And I asked if I could go through the drive through since I was already sitting in my car. The most disrespectful service I’ve ever received in my life, this girl looked at me & walked off with so much attitude and didn’t say a word, I have tons of pictures of her and I’ll get it out there.. If you don’t want to serve customers don’t get a job that requires you to deal with people.. She was so, so rude! And when I got home I found out they had shoved the straw in my drink with the paper still on. I noticed the paper when I first got my drink but I thought it was only covering the top which is still gross, like why you opening my straw? Y’all could’ve just handed me my straw, that was very nasty! Nasty like that employees attitude. Just EW!
Very unhappy with my recent visit. I had ordered a new chipotle chalupa and I got home to open it up and there were 2 hot sauce packets inside the chalupa and barely any meat or toppings and it’s missing chipotle sauce…
Arrived at 12:30am. Service was quick and the food was hot and just as expected.
Workers the night of 8/10/23 were dense and screwed up half the order including giving me a Pepsi instead of Baja which is completely different. They ran out of beef all together and over all just a poor experience because the workers clearly couldn’t do the job properly which is insane considering how easy it should be. Hire new staff and get the act together honestly ridiculous????????????????????????????????
