I gotta say , I hardly ever eat fast food , but this Taco Bell was absolutely AMAZING! Everything I ordered was made correctly and was crispy amd delicious. I ate too fast to take pics of everything, but here's a pic of the Mexican pizza that was great!
They ask if you would like extra meat. But then the do not add it ( 3rd time this has happened) obviously the beans were from last night( I have no problem with that ) but they didn't rehydrate and get to correct consistency. Just a hard blob of really really dried beans that will not spread around with a regular amount of meat.
As a former manager at Taco Bell is same town this is disappointing.
Fast Mexican food at its most recognized. Inside looks more modern
Self order kiosk and pick up area for mobile orders. Same tacos and other menu items. Inflation has hit and bit more but still cheap!
I'm not a fan of all the mobile ordering at fast food places. The dining area hadn't been serviced in a while, every table was dirty and there wasn't much traffic happening when we were there. We had 3 people ask us if we were waiting on an order then someone had to go find it because it had been removed or archived or something. So much for mobile ordering ???? I still like Taco Bell food just really frustrated with the process of ordering and getting our food.
No matter how you order, expect it to take FOREVER. I'm talking legitimately an hour in a drive through with 6-7 cars and an empty dining area. It is not a fast experience, even though it's supposed to be 'fast food'. Order if you have a ton of time to kill waiting for three food items.
Rudest staff ever. Waited 45 mins for a few things. We were patient and polite since it seemed like they were busy. When asking later how much longer it would be so we could see if we needed to just leave we were yelled at by the kitchen staff. No one seemed to even be working here and literally moving in slow mode speed. They were busy but not even that busy to hold up several orders To literally get 2 tacos. Better luck making food at home.
They were extremely slow. I had to ask for my drink 2 different times and took over 10 minutes for the drink alone. They were not communicating and just were in their own world. I do not know he names of who's worked, but whoever works night shift around 9, they are very very slow. Many other customers came in after me and were sitting waiting aswell. And not very happy faces.
I went through the drive thru and asked for the cheesy beef burrito with NO corn chips, NO sour cream, NO rice, add red sauce. I got it and it had everything I asked to NOT have on it. Then I went back and they remade it and they half got it right. There was no sour cream and rice but a ton of chips and no red sauce! The quality of the food and the workers has gone downhill! Go elsewhere!
