Whoever made my black bean stacker with tomatoes at around 335pm today was the BEST one I've ever ate in my life. I was a little hungry and wanted something small and I get them all the time and this was the best one I've ever had I have to make a Deal about it lol
Ordered a crunch wrap from door dash it had no meat.., I asked for extra sour cream it had a little dot called the store the manager said she made my order and put the required amount of meat on it???? I’m saying there is no meat at All.., was no help and extremely rude. I will not order there again
Employees were incredibly rude and snippy when I tried to pick up a mobile order. They wouldn't give it to me in the drive through (what I selected on the app) and made me walk up to their pickup window to then ignore me/stare from the window for several minutes, to then telling me they didn't have my order.
This place is trash when it’s comes to mobile ordering and getting the accurate food you ordered. Employees don’t even know how to make product on the menu.
Placed an Mobile order to pick up at drive thru, when I got to the speaker to check in they stated that it wasn't coming up and to come inside and show them my order receipt. Cashier called the manager on duty who saw my conformation email and the ap showing that I had to still needed to check in. She attempted to change to pick up inside after few minutes she walked away and started making food when I asked the cashier what's happening she stated that she was making my food. I sat and waited with my son after 20 minutes still no food. I again asked the cashier what's going on,it's been a while she asked the same manager about my food and the manager told her if it did not come up then it could not be made the manager never came up to inform me this or apologize. I told them they should have told me this to start with instead of making me wait and waste my time. Manager did not even attempt to resolve the issue. I cancel my order thru the ap immediately. If she would have told me in the beginning that it could not be made I could have canceled it then and re-order my food. I will not visit this location again!
UPDATE!
I was told that they had improved. That they had new management, so I decided to give them another shot. Yeah wasted time. I order spicy potato taco but replaced the Chipotle sauce with spicy ranch so I paid an extra .45 for it. Each of my tacos they barely but any sauce n some of my tacos only had 2 potatoes. I tried calling to complain and NO ONE answered the phone it kept ringing!
I mean, it's Taco Bell! ???? pretty much what you'd expect. But I will say this is probably the best fast food drive thru on Memphis. I'm not here too often and its usually with that late night 4th meal craving, but they do get the order right in the drive thru. Dinning room is pretty clean and comfy from what I remember.. Minimal complaints, maximum crunch! These New Spicy Ranch items slap!!! Live Mas!
I order a nacho bell graunda meal the meat was nasty old the taste make you sick.I also order a bean burrito and the same meat nasty I bit into it and almost made me throw up very poor food quality.
Went there over the weekend half an hour till close. Ordered 50 dollars worth of food and paid THEN was told they were out of most of the meats. Then got my order after substituting items did not check in car which I should of got home realized part of order was not in the bag. Went back up there for item to return home to find out order was still short items. The workers were nice but service sucked. Done going to taco bells in general.
