Best part of my day. The line always moves quick, the service is very helpful, and the workers put effort into making folks want to come back. No idea if this is a managerial thing or just something in the Baja Blasts, but they always treat their customers like guests. Wish I could tip these folks directly, they make dinner after a 14 hour day and easy choice.
A drunk friend of mine asked me to pick up two twelve-packs of tacos for him. I had no idea what he was talking about. Who knew you could spend $45 at Taco Bell? I didn't have any of it so I have to go on hazy memories of yesteryear regarding the food itself. The cashier was rather personable, and the place looked quite clean.
This is my second time coming to this location, same time around 1 or 2pm. I order the double stacked taco add spicy ranch….. both visits, the food was the freshest I’ve had and I visit different Taco Bell’s at least twice a week. The lady (I don’t remember her name, she wears black lipstick) she was friendly, and welcoming with a smile both visits. Keep up the good work.
I just came here around 11pm and I was appalled at how rude everyone was as a collective. When I ordered at the speaker after every item I was interrupted with “WHAT ELSE” in the rudest tone. I ignored it but when I got to the window I asked for another sour cream and she told me she couldn’t get me anything else. I asked for the manager who was already in the background giving me evil looks and she followed up saying I can’t order sour cream at the window because it’s considered food and not a condiment. Sly remarks were made as I drove off. I can’t believe I was treated this way. The manager was a Caucasian lady with red hair and the girl at the window had braids
Thank you Hapeville for getting it right!! The service was fairly quick, and my taco were fresh!! Sometimes we complain about the bad, but tonite was tasty. I felt like that taco was made with love❤️. Thanks staff!
Besides the fact they had just started a new crew that day. The GM Semaj is the best.

My 4 y.o love Quesadilla's ordered him 3 of them when we got home they were cold and burnt. I wish I knew how to upload a picture bc I would. I also ordered 3 soft shell when I say meat was freezing...its sad.
I called up there to complain and it was almost as if I was lying about the quality of the food. I know its fast food but anywhere you spend money you want it at least half way right THE FIRST TIME and not to be inconvenienced to prove your point.

Very poor service. I ordered two items online, and paid 3.50 to add steak to them. I get to the restaurant and they have no steak. They told me take chicken or beef. Refund was not an option because I ordered online. No concessions were made to offset my overpayment of adding steak. Very unfriendly staff.. find another restaurant to go to..
