Best WLM Reviews
Honestly my burritos were really good. Huge and delicious, late at night.
But the manager made the poor young cashier give me a whole runaround over my asking for “a big glass of ice water”. When they tried to charge me a dollar, I said please don’t charge me a dollar, give me as much water as you can for free. The manager must have had to come over and take the charge off for the water.
The water I ended up getting is literally the smallest water any Taco Bell has ever handed me. After driving 280.6 miles from Amarillo, where all the rest areas along the way had no potable water available, I was really desperate for some water, and it’s like 2/3 as much as I get at every other Taco Bell across America.
I hope you understand that the food was really good but you’re losing the 5-star review only because the manager was a massive stick in the mud over a glass of water. You work for a giant corporation. As a manager you’re in a position to do what is necessary to make sure your customers are satisfied. Instead you picked the bottom dollar and left me thirsty on my way out of the desert.
If you had given me the standard small cup that other Taco Bells use I would understand, but you’re obviously not proud of this water because you didn’t even bother to use a cup with your company’s logo on it.
The parking lot is messy.
This was my first time a drive through worker asked me how I was doing, it was nice. I felt relaxed and no pressure to spit out an order. Service was exceptionally fast!! Food was good. I got the bean burrito extra onions/red sauce add ground beef.
This place is usually pretty clean. Whenever I go it has a good environment with nice people. The food to this day has never given me food poisoning, and I love all of it. My only constructive critic would be if they could find a way to better mix the flavors on burritos. Usually when eating taco bell you only get a specific ingredient in a specific area of the burritos and so unless you take a giant bite, you don't really get a big mix of flavors. Kinda counter intuitive of what you typically want it to do. Other than that, it's always a fast, easy stop.
Though I still eat at Taco Bell now and again, it's not what it was 29 years ago. The portions are half the size they used to be, which means I have to buy two. The customer service isn't what it used to be either - and though that's an affliction that's fallen everywhere, Taco Bell has recovered least. But on this visit, to this store, the service was good and so was the food, noticeably better than I've experienced at Taco Bell in four or five years. It was a pleasant surprise. ????
Arrived around 4pm. Just after the lunch rush. There are homeless people around this area. Inside the shop I was not greeted immediately until I approached the register. I placed my order on the app with specific items made a certain way. The lobby was adequate in cleanliness. A few tables had signs of people sitting in them. The music kept skipping every so randomly. Sitting near the windows on the north side I watched as the employees made the food. After about 7 minutes the food was ready and brought to my table.
Food made as ordered. Nothing missing. Nothing replaced. Nothing substituted. Chalupa bread came out soft. Taco came out in one piece, burrito tortilla fluffy. And the quesadilla was not ruined by the jalapeno sauce what so ever as requested.
Only one small issue is with the seasoned rice. A bit of it was dry in my burrito. Only 1 bite had dry rice.
Not sure what others are talking about in their reviews for this place. This is an honest review with pictures for proof.
When it comes to fast food we expect great service and food that is served quickly. The management at this location completely agrees with this idea. Upon walking into the restaurant I noticed that the eating areas, lobby and the kitchen area were clean. As it turns out the manager herself was attending to the cleanliness of the lobby in order for her staff to attend to customers.
Another way to judge an establishments cleanliness is to look at the restrooms. As pictured, you will see the cleanliness of this restaurant during my visit. It is important to remember that the staff also use these restrooms as much as their customers.
I like the appearance of the condiment table and the beverage section. It's details like these that sets this location above other Taco Bells I've seen in the area.
It must be noted that after Covid-19, many locations are understaffed. This location is no different however, they have been able maximize their service to their customers even with this deficiency. Lines in the drive thru move along quickly. This was my experience on several occasions.
This location always has the availability of current national advertised food offerings. They also have the latest beverage options. If you would like to try the new "Nacho Fries" or "Mountain Dew Kickstart Orange Citrus" drink, prepare for a refreshing addition to your meal.

Let's talk about the food... I liked the portion sizes of the food that I received as well as the look and taste. On one of my visits I ordered the "Doritos Locos Tacos" meal. The cook utilized the cardboard taco tray to make sure that the tacos stayed crisp and unbroken. There are some locations that do not utilize the cardboard tray for their specialty taco items in order to cut costs. The only thing that those locations reduce is a better customer experience. Appearance of one's food is just as important as the taste. I truly appreciate this attention to detail. No one likes broken tacos!
Due to the cleanliness, customer service, appearance of the restaurant and food, I am giving this location the highest rating possible.

I enjoy Taco Bell every now and again. This place is pretty good. It's the traffic that slows things down. It's in a good location but its hard to get to if you don't know the area. Otherwise, its a great place to grab your meal!
I was gonna give you 4 but inflation isn't your fault. The prices on some items could be less in my opinion, but I know times can get tough. Food gas not disappointed me much, never gotten food poisoning yet.
