This place never disappoints, especially lately. The food is always cooked and prepared to perfection! Big shout out to LaTanya, this employee if not already, needs to be compensated properly. Employees like her are the reason establishments stay a float. She provides top notch customer service!!! I wouldn't be surprised if she owns this franchise. If not, she definitely has what it takes to be a successful owner in the future!!!
This manager is terrible. After interacting with THEM I understand why they are working at Taco Bell. I even said they were a good manager and they called me a terrible customer. After THEY wasted almost 20 minutes of my time.
On top of that there's tons of Homeless people and drug addicts just meandering around the premises begging for money and food, literally walking up to your window in the drive through begging, smoking, & intoxicated. Overall this is a terrible Taco Bell. Unfortunately it is my local neighborhood Taco Bell so I feel its time I leave my review. I have been going here since 2018.
The one plus would be I've eaten here over 100+ times and never gotten sick. (Yet?????♂️) Retrieving the food however becomes a BIGGER NIGHTMARE each visit, and this one may have been my last.
Horrible service. Manager did not let me use the bathroom but let one her friends use it and gave her free food. I ordered cinnamon bites and it took over 20 mins for me to get my order. I literally was at the counter for 10 mins. Employees are rude. Manager running to the bathroom every 10 mins. Maybe she has diarrhea or something idk ????. Probably contaminating food. There literally was an employee walking around outside with a kitchen pan. Highly unsatisfied would not recommend!
this taco bell is a disgrace to fast food. a singular chicken taco and baja blast should not take 47 minutes to craft. i am infuriated with the unsatisfactory, poor customer service at this establishment. the gloomy hostile environment makes for an incredibly disheartening dining experience. the insufficient quality of my chicken taco was outstanding. i can proudly promise to never spend my precious hard earned money to eat at a rashly insufferable joke of a cooperation.
Food was good. Didn't taste like burnt oil or dead veggies. The lady even went out of their way to bring me the taco I had forgotten about while I was in the parking lot. Wish all taco bells were like this one.

He lobby is closed I guess because the staff don’t want to work that hard! This is completely unacceptable! Unprofessional, and down right stupid! Words cannot explain how disappointed in this lunch time institution I am. It was my favorite place. Good luck! You will be out of business like all the other restaurants that suck!!
This Taco Bell location has the best customer service! Friendly, speedy and accurate. The location is horrible but the customer service makes it worth the effort to pull out onto Parker. Update: I only wish the manager didn't allow customers to use excessive foul language which definitely detracts from the dining experience.
Almost no meat in this "beefy" burrito. Out of three burritos it's like an ounce of beef. Taking a look at the website says 19g of protein for one of these, but there is zero chance on this earth of that. I feel like I'm just eating tortilla and rice here.
edit: It's actually worse than that. I opened one up to really inspect and there is only a little beef on each side with nothing in the middle. These people are liars and thieves.
