Ordered online and went through the drive thru and there was a decent line. The line moved quickly and they had no issues locating my order. Staff were friendly and efficient and did a great job packing my order. Everything was hot and all of our modifications were correct. So rare for all of these things to happen at a Taco Bell so I had to hit it with the 5 stars ???? only going to the ponce location from here on out ????
We ordered a big order from this tacobell through doordash and we were missing many things. We were missing 3 large orders of nacho fries, 1 large pepsi , 1 large baja blast zero, 1 medium baja blast, and 2 chicken chalupas. The food that came from the order also was some of the lowest quality taco bell I have seen. The Doritos Locos Tacos ordered came out horribly made and the chicken chalupas that actually came were no better. The total order was roughly $90 something dollars and we maybe got $40-50 worth at most.
We came in last night and I had used the self service machine. After I completed my order I didn't see any confirmation or get an email but saw it come out of my acct. The guy with the Locs was fantastic checking to make sure I was okay. The young lady across from him working on our quesadilla was VERY rude. She stated that I was starting to rush her (when all I asked was if my order went through) and that I needed to wait as well as continued repeating and muttering something to who may have been a new hire that I hope she gets away from because she will start learning BAD habits. I have NEVER been so upset where I have wanted to act out before until last night, over a simple non aggressive question. Again I appreciate the guy working but her and due to HER and her nasty attitude, I will not be coming back.
I ordered on the kiosk. Which I don’t like, but whatever. I turned to the counter so I could get my cup for the fountain drink. Gentlemen kindly gave it to me quickly. But this is part of why I dont like kiosks…I still need a human to give me a cup so I can wait.
I take a seat and wait. And wait. And wait some more. After the 2nd group that ordered after my single combo meal I approached the counter and asked a young lady where my order was since 2 groups/families had gotten their large orders placed after me. She looked it up and said it was given to me. I begged to differ as I had waited for 20 minutes.
So they re-do my order, with zero apology for giving my food away. Then after 3-4 more minutes of me now standing at the counter the slide my food to me without a word. Zero acknowledgment that I just waited almost 30 minutes for “fast food”.
I cannot go back to this place. Should have just gone to Chipotle like I originally craved.
After 8 PM on a Sunday night, expect to wait 30-40 minutes for your order. This location is super overworked by all the drive thru cars and DoorDash drivers. The drive-thru is definitely serviced faster than the lobby, so just wait in the line of cars.
Just wanna commend this staff and give them their flowers , I was in and out all day and when I say fast and friendly the entire staff worked together and it was just nice to see . The manager not sure her name but she has black and gold braids …gets it done with a smile !
If you’re only accepting cash, place a sign on the door or outside! I felt sorry for those who waited in line behind me for 30-40 minutes to only be told “they’re only accepting cash”. I had cash but what if I didn’t? Is my time not worth anything? Do better. The food was decent. The young black guy in the window had great spirit though! I couldn’t see myself being rude to him!
Driver . Not a soul in the drive thru nor inside. Was still instructed to come inside . Was not greeted or acknowledged while 5 workers were in front of me. This job isn't rocket science .
Girls came put to sit on the phone and smoke.
