Miserable service, I pulled up and said 2 items, and in the middle of ordering, they told me my total and told me to pull around. I asked for no lettuce (it was even on the receipt), and they gave it to me. So I came back around, and they took all my food back through the drive-through and my receipt so I didn't get to keep it for the online survey. I got 3 soft tacos and 2 classic bean burritos. The 3 tacos were messed up, and they requested the 2 burritos back and only gave me 1. They also did not give me any straws for my drinks. The person at the window seemed so confused, and no manager came over to see the situation. It's absolutely terrible. I will not be coming back here again. I'm one and done!
My husband and I love Taco Bell but while the food always tastes good, the service is typically pretty crappy and the food is just sloppily thrown together. You’re lucky if the tomatoes are even on the Mexican pizza or if cheese is melted over more than just half of it. While on a roadtrip home we stopped at this Taco Bell and it was by far the best Taco Bell we’ve had in years! The staff working the drive thru were friendly and polite and you can tell they care about their customers’ experiences just by how the food looked! It actually looked like what you see in the commercials- which is NEVER the case and tastes great! We’ll for sure be back on our next roadtrip to Indy- keep up the great work!
Got lunch today 5/27 as a takeout order and they made the order quick and everything is good and they even marked the different burritos. Appreciate it!
6 year old review Tonight was my last time going here period 15 minutes at the window and my spicy tostada is soaking wet sad man you'd figure after a remodel and new employees it'd be good the girl at the window was nice very sweet but the place is dreadful.
Updated the service is still questionable but the food has gotten better but in contrast the customer service has declined but I'm not there to socialize I order online get out as fast as they allow.
AWFUL!! Sorriest bleeping taco salad ever. I’m used to the Taco Bell near where I live in Clayton, Ohio, having a drive thru, that in the evening, takes forever to get you through...I am talking it would be quicker to go have Mexican at a Mexican place if any were open after 9. With that said at least they give you what you pay for. The Taco Bell in Richmond, Indiana, portions their food in such a miserly manner one would think it is WWII times and food is being rationed.
The food was great. The only complaint I have is you can't dine in. You can in the east side one. I had to eat in my car. I ordered the Iced Cinabon Delight Coffee, Cheesy Toasted Burrito Potato, and Hash Brown. I liked the coffee, but Cinabon is the best.
UPDATE:. October 24, 2022-This was the first time I ate here since they reopened the dining room months ago. Eating inside was nice, better than eating in the car the last time. I ordered the Cheesy Toasted Burrito Steak, Hash Brown, Orange Juice, and of, course, Iced Cinabon Coffee. The food was good, although other places do serve better breakfasts. The Iced Cinabon Coffee was the high point. If you love their rolls, you'll love the coffee. The sad part was that there were no other customers in there. I wonder how long they can stay in business.
I hate fast food. But any I ordered online and picked up in the drive through and was made exactly to order and was ready when I got there. The guys working get 5 stars from me for being on it.
This is literally the best Taco Bell I have ever been to, and I’ve been to dozens all over the USA. Always full portions, always clean inside, and always hard working people who are friendly and care a lot about taking pride in their work. I know it’s just a fast food restaurant, but lots of other chains could learn a lot about how to care for their customers. Been coming here since 2020.
