There was a while where they used tortillas filled with individual ingredients, and they would just make your burrito by tossing in the ingredients wrapped in tortillas and you would end up just having burrito thick tortillas.
An now they close w.e they want and won't follow their own store hours. But they'll always be there to tell you they closed early for the night.
Worst taco bell I've ever been to . Ordered on kiosk stood around for 30 minutes more worried about drive thru than the 8 people in dinning never got meal and was not asked to pay so I just walked out. Will not visit again.
All the lights were on and they were supposed to close at 2am. I got there at 1am and sat in the drive-thru for 40 minutes without anyone there taking my order. They said they had to close “about 30 minutes early” after I pulled up to the window. Do not go here it’s always slow and they charge way more than others.
Strasburg Taco Bell is getting to be a joke! Ordered online and arrived about 15 minutes later, order still wasn't ready and had to sit in the drive through line for another 10 minutes. Drive thru guy almost dropped one of our drinks, the other one was a mess with the drink all over the sides of the cup and the lid crushed to the point it wouldn't even go on the cup...and he left it like that and handed it to me. Paid for sour cream on one item, didn't get it..Cinnabon iced coffee was horrible, burrito wrap was so thin you could see through it. And this is exactly why fast food restaurants shouldn't be paying $15/$16 an hour!
I get that you're busy and understaffed but I can't believe I watched over twenty cars pass your drive thru while the people inside waited forty minutes. Never again
Visit at least once a week. Order is always correct. Always go thru the drive thru and have never had a long wait..Food always hot. And the employees are the most respectful, polite and friendly. Update:December 5th 2023 I will not change rating because this is a first. $17.97 for order that only 2 items were correct. Missing 3 soft taco Supreme and beefy burrito. Only one in line about 930. But took forever (felt like). Probably 15 to 20 minutes. The guy seemed like he was carrying a phone call the whole time. I did get 42, yes I counted, packs of Diablo sauce. Would have traded 39 of them for 1 napkin.
This place wins for the slowest Taco Bell in America. Went once a few months ago. After 30 minutes in a drive thru watching multiple employees going in and out the back door to sit in a car for a few minutes at a time we left. Tried again today because the kid asked me to pick it up and it was the closest one. Chose self serve in the lobby. I was fourth in line inside and there were several cars outside. Kiosk ordering was fine. 17 minutes to get my order. Finally got my order but no cup. Girl working told me to “can you wait a minute?” when I started to ask for my cup. Don’t go here unless you like waiting. A lot. You will get served quicker even if you drive to another one 10-15 minutes away.
They're short-staffed and so it's not always the best. But the food is fresh and the dining room is nice.
