I have always loved Taco Bell. I used to go there as a treat when I was growing up because there was only one about 45 min away. Then there were only the original crunchy tacos, original soft tacos, pintos and cheese and cinnamon twists. That was it. Now there are so many more options and new items. The only negative is I mostly get my order correct but sometimes not.
Multiple times I've come to this location and been treated in a nasty way. I go out of my way to be kind to other cashiers since I am also a cashier. Tonight, a female cashier / window worker with pink braids was short and rude starting at the speaker. I went out of my way to be polite and thank her each time we spoke or that she handed me something, because I could sense she was going to be rude. Perhaps she was having a bad night, I thought at first. She glared at me whenever we had to meet eyes, short grunts and mms her only verbal indications. When I got home, I still felt that she was rude enough that I am checking my food for spit. I didn't receive any sauce at all, even though I requested hot sauce on the mobile app, and paid extra money for the avocado kind. No cutlery. One napkin, as if to make a point. I'm going to avoid this location, and in conversation will mention that this location isn't ideal. People are just too rude and it's a bummer on my night to come here. I don't even normally post reviews, but I'm sick of being treated like crap for literally no reason, I also being a cashier, and I'm spending what little money I have at this establishment.
They were very rude, especially older lady. I politely waited until they came to me in line and said the mobile kiosk doesn’t have the order I want. I asked to please just order at counter. Would not let me and said the mobile order would work fine. I asked why are all the computers set up to take orders they are on. She said because they take cash, I explained I was paying in cash. Then cut me off short, I took the higher route and just left. But definitely loosing me and my families business at this location.
Ordered through Uber Eats, which picked the location to order from, and was looking fw to getting one of my fav fast food breakfast items delivered and starting out my Saturday morning right!!! Nope!!! Please note pic 1 is from this order and pic 2 is not from this order, included as examples. This was the worst TB experience I've ever had and ive has some doozies. I'm a huge fan of the sausage am crunchwraps when made correctly, and I expect for them to sometimes be missing jalapeno sauce or maybe the portion of eggs is too small, cause who really cares in this day and age about their job or doing their job the right way or respecting the customers spending their hard earned money on the food you make? Anyways, picture 1 says it all. Picture 2 is NOT FROM THIS ORDER and from the TB I usually order from and that is what this item should look like. See the difference? All of the sausage am crunchwraps were missing sausage patties, crumbled sausage was substituted instead, which IMO makes these things inedible and should be something your customers should know bf ordering. Every single am crunchwrap I received looked like a pig trough inside. I really think if TB put some effort behind their breakfast, improving quality and consistency and made breakfast available for more than 2 hours everyday from 9am to 11am, yes, I know a couple open at 8am, they could have a top seller or ar least improve breakfast item sales. But who cares? Right? I'm just the customer and you dont care about your job. Thanks for reading.
Staff always acts like they hate their job. Fast food isn't complicated, i know from personal experience. I understand that the job sucks, but that doesn't mean you get to make that an issue for other people.
I used to love this place but then it was only night shift that tried, now it seems like barely anybody is trying. Walk in and the food maker (who actually does great most days!) is completing the order I’m there for. Despite saying and even yelling that it was the order I was there for, I wasn’t even acknowledged. A nice woman came off her break to come help, and even upon checking the drink, the guy made the wrong one. Since I was just picking up for my man, I was embarrassed when he seemed so disappointed. Then found out his potatoes were missing. We weren’t surprised something went wrong, we were surprised it wasn’t worse. Last visit for a while, hope y’all get better.
The three stooges, Asia, Bianca, and Arrianna make for an extremely hostile environment. I’ve been cussed out on multiple occasions by Asia and Bianca and have been threatened with assault by the Arrianna. They encourage their staff to be aggressive and violent and have had many orders thrown at me and door slammed in my face. Woah and behold Arrianna has a Charge for battery. Not surprising. As well as an extremely unprofessional video of Bianca circulating right now. What a joke. 3 people single handed ruining a business.
I have tried to eat at this location 3 times all three times i have been told i have to use a kiosk to order all three times i have explained to the employees that i dont want to use it . All three times there were employees just standing around 2 of the three times i have asked for the franchise office # and was told no or as today i was told by management they didnt know it . Can someone please contact me in private message do to i really thing the franchise would like to know how potential customers are being treated.
