Every single time I go and ask for beef chalupa they get it wrong. I end up with chicken. Sometimes I don't have time to check while I'm in the drive thru. I don't understand how hard it is to slap beef on the shell instead of chicken. It's even on the receipt.
One of the better tacos bells around. Service is good and the manager is polite and professional. Food is typical Taco Bell. They use more meat than most other locations which is a plus.
Do not recommend. Staff was rude and careless. Tried to pay with cash and after placing order at kiosk, I waited 15 minutes without any acknowledgement of me standing at the register before I left. All the while, over hearing the staff convincing someone in the drive thru to order less food. "Out of burritos" at 5pm??? "We can only do 4 tacos right now"??? Will not be returning.
The food that was done properly was decent. Normal fast-food quality. The atmosphere was fine.. Nothing was grungy or anything. I dislike they wont take your order though, and you HAVE to use their kiosk...
The problem was the service.. Everyone was nice, so that wasn't the issue, BUT one of the people I ordered for cannot have any animal products in it. They ordered a blackbean crunchwrap, removed the cheese and sour cream, but added guacamole and pico... The crunchwrap came standard... Nothing changed, nothing added, and it was meat... NOT ok... They literally saw the word crunchwrap, and stopped there.

Overall good food, but slow because of traffic. So that says something about the quality of the food, as far as reprocessed fast food goes anyway.
Placed an online order and the system changed the store location to this store as I pressed send. I immediately called the store to ask them to cancel it and was told it could not be canceled since the order was made and could only be canceled online. The website would not let me cancel the order and order tracked showed the order was still in progress despite being told the order was already made. I have reached out asking for a refund on 3 occasions as this order was placed in error and I tried both online and over the phone to cancel it. As of this review I have received no response.
Every time I order from this location, I wasn't even able to eat what I ordered. When I call and try to get the items replaced because they were made wrong, I was given a coupon for a free crunchy taco.....I spend over 30$ every time I visit, and I have never gotten a fully correct order, what I did get that was right tasted old.
I tried again night before last, because a friend had told me there was new staff, but it was the same deal. Placed a mobile order and when I got there 15 minutes later it wasn't ready, understandable they were very busy. I waited 30 more minutes and still no food.
