It's definitely a bad place. The employees are not doing their job. There are currently 9 employees in front of me. I've been waiting for my order for 20 minutes. They don't even care. It's a terrible place.
Waited in line 15 minutes with 1 car in front of me. They had 1 bag of food. I don't understand why why y'all. We couldn't backup or move forward. A car in front and 1 behind. If I could have, I would have left. I only wanted 8 nuggets and a biscuit for my granddaughter. The employee never even apologized when we made it to the window. I am so disappointed in the customer service at kfc. And to top it off, no sauce was in the bag. If I had remembered from the last time I was at this location, I would have rode right past. But I will never make that mistake again. Please offer some customer service classes to your employees asap.
This is the worst Taco Bell even by Taco Bell standards. Can't ever get an order right and food is cold. DoorDash says "it's a bad store" as an excuse to fight you on a refund. Needs a new team there ASAP!
Waited an hour for my food. Missing items, no beef on my gordita, the guys in the back running around looking very confuse, no management, it all seems like the manager went around and asking people on the street if they were looking for a job and that they could start that second.
Manager was mean. I watched her attitude as the people were placing orders. I'm not sure if she was a manager. They only had crispy no orginal....not good they should always have original on hand. Not going back. She was very impatient.
It seems everytime we stop here the wait gets longer and longer. Today they had the seating area closed and only served the drive thru. They had 5 customers waiting for extended periods of time. I wasn't the first one waiting but somehow I was served first. Which I guess I won't complain about.
The Taco Bell closes to my home is on Baltimore Pike. There party supreme box is all I ever really grab & a bowl. Last week I went threw drive threw at Taco Bell & the party box was a mess. Every Taco was burned & stuck 2 the wrapping paper. The taco itself we're a) cold & plain messy. The time I went Taco bell B4 this last time last week was about 2 months ago. So I spent $48. I was asked 2 move up & someone will bring out my order 2 me. Well someone did bring out a order but when I got home it wasn't my order. I tryed calling but no phone in Taco bell I guess. By the time I drove all the way back 2 get my order I paid $48 bucks for. They were closed. 10:pm they close. But it was only 9:45 pm. Imagine that. My 2 peeps were very hungry & so I said u guys can eat whatever the taco employee bagged up & handed me. Idk what it was but it was also gross losing & cold... Etc... Etc... I didn't go bak 2 that Taco Bell since last week. I'm done w fast food after feeling that food in my stomach for days. At a time. I'm a lil bit older now. So no more fast foods. I wanna be healthy, feel healthy, eat healthy, look healthy w/ a healthy body my
I am a painter so I travel a lot for work. I’ve been coming there a lot so I spend a nice amount of money at this location. I came in there today to order my food like I always do , now I’m waiting for my food. As I wait one of the employees spouse was saying a lot of racial comments. And she was saying it loud enough for me to hear. It looked like she was trying to get my attention to react on it. This is uncalled for. I go to work every single day to pay my bills. I should not have to go to a fast food restaurant to be talked down on. The employee did not say nothing Besides smile and laugh. I will not return to this location again just because of that.
