Worst service from any taco bell I use to eat here alot but now when you go the tacos look like this and the managers try to act like there's nothing they can do and then when calling they kept hanging up and apparently I was talking to a manager I ordered a taco party pack that's $18 and they all look like this. This is absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.THE NIGHT SHIFT IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!
Came through around 11:30 with only a few cars in the drive through. Car in front must have had an online order because he was at the speaker for a second and gone. We waited SEVENTEEN minutes in the drive-thru for him to get what looked like a bag and a parry pack. Why would you not make him pull around to the front? Instead you hold the drive thru up for seventeen minutes. Cars started honking. The girl didn't make any attempt to acknowledge the wait or even apologize.
Meh. When it's made right, its fine but the problem is that its never made right. Every single time there is something wrong with my order, no matter what I order. Also, someone needs to teach the dude that prepares the food what is actually supposed to go on the loaded nachos. The first time, no red sauce. The second time I asked for extra red sauce (to make sure they put it on there), only to get no refried beans. EVERY TIME no guacamole. And the list goes on... its even more aggravating because this is the only TB on my route since Winchester's destruction.
This T.B. has been at this same location since the early-mid 90's, when Walmart was still operating behind it. They are open late most nights, which is unlike nearby restaurants in town. And, the food is fairly good & they aren't usually messing up your order either. So, all in all, 8 out of 10. This Bell is recommended. ????????
Worst experience at a restaurant I have ever had. Waited 20 minutes inside for 2 potato tacos and an order of beefy nachos and cinnamon delights. When I asked if anyone was making orders for carry out that I had been waiting 20 minutes a gentleman named Devin that was working drive thru yelled well your going to have to wait longer. I then proceeded to just ask for a refund and he was telling me that if I didn't like it that I could go somewhere else. Clearly the manager Gabe that was on duty allowed this employee to talk and argue with me while waiting for my refund. The store inside was absolutely disgusting. Not a clean table and the back counter where they make food looked like it hadn't been wiped off in hrs. I am surprised people are not sick there was that much food laying on that table. And the manager was not helping staff or cleaning. He was more worried about what radio station to listen to in the back. I will never be back rudest staff I have ever encountered. Taco bell franchise owner of this establishment needs to visit at night and just see how this store is ran. Absolute worst service and never even actually got food. Do not ever go inside to get your food thinking it's faster when drive thru is around the building because it most definitely is not.
I do not know what has changed today. Is cooperate in the office? Today's food is what I would hope to get from here each time. Today's food is fresh, clean, not crumpled, broken, soggy and leaking into my bag is perfect for what would be desired! If every time was like this I would be here more often and your ratings would be far better.Oh and it's packed so nice and neat in the bags! Keep it up and I'll update this review!
Literally the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. They don't even attempt to do their jobs. Pop machine out? Who cares. Someone at the front desk? Who cares. Open? Lock the lobby doors all day. This is genuinely the worst Taco Bell I've ever seen and I've been to plenty.
This taco bell is literally always out of some major ingredient. Went through tonight to and they listed off 15 items they didn't have and how I couldn't get anything grilled or an sauces and he says sorry we close in 10 minutes. Do better Connersville. Adding to this review because literally the last 5 times I've come here they only got my order correct 1 of the times. There needs to be an option for less than 1 star.
