Just did not feel safe here. I picked my food up and could not wait to leave. No one ate their food there, they got their food and left as soon as they got it.
Every time I go here my food is messed up or missing something my taco was broken and not all there it looks like and I asked for hot and mild sauce and I got 2 packs of avocado verde and I’m allergic to avocado I need something to happen because this is ridiculous
What happened to this place? This used to be one of the friendliest and best run Taco Bells around but I see things have changed drastically. I placed an order online and arrived for pick up about 10 minutes later. There were 4 or 5 people in the back but no one was interacting the customers out front. Three people were waiting for orders besides myself, two were delivery drivers and all were clearly frustrated with the wait. I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes for my food. I know places get busy and there can be delays for what ever reason, but the lack of caring or even attempt to interact or update us was unacceptable. The front of the store was filthy with overflowing trash and items at the drink fountain not stocked. As much as I love the food I will not be returning. It looks like the store was just remodeled but that's not going to help your business with that kind of service. Also, by the number of horrible reviews it does not appear that management or corporate care in the least to address any concerns.
This is the single worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had the displeasure of ordering from. It’s never guaranteed that you’re going to get all the items you ordered, and if you do, the quality is mediocre at best. I know Taco Bell isn’t exactly fine dining, but there’s a bare minimum that this location doesn’t always meet. Ordered a grilled chicken burrito this evening and it’s half-cooked with only a couple pieces of meat inside. Unfortunately this location is what DoorDash defaults to. Wish it would come from the one on Cochran instead.
Neither quesadilla had creamy cheese sauce despite ordering one with easy, neither were marked, but I guess it ended up not mattering, neither quesadilla was cut, at all - not like they didn’t succeed in cutting all the way through, like there wasn’t even a mark from an attempt, neither quesadilla - this is, I remind you, a $5+ item - had cheese across the tortilla, but rather was just a single line down the middle, leaving ~50% of the bites just two completely plain layers of tortilla… the cheese dip was less than half empty, the strawberry twists had 8 twists/partial twists in the bag, the cheesy roll up had lettuce in it (kids care), and it was a 25 minute wait with only one other person in the lobby.
Honestly a whole bunch of kids work there at night I guess. Talking, swearing, playing games going on their phones, they took my tacos sloppy as ever, sauce all over the wrapper. There was sticky stuff all over the counters, near where the sauce packets are inside there was sauce packets on the ground that was sauce packets that were opened laying inside of the container, even the bathroom was dirty ever, there was literal poop on the floor. NEVER AGAIN AND I'VE LIVED IN THIS AREA FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND THIS TACO BELL HAS ALWAYS BEEN CRAPPY
HORRIBLE EVERYTIME it’s more and more messed up. Got no nachos and just cheese on a tortilla for my chicken quesadilla after i ordered and paid they said out of chicken i said steaks fine then and this is what i got

PLACE IS TRASH - and these people just do watever they want- I’ll never be back ruined it one too many times for me . Last three visits something’s been majorly wrong .

Ordered 2 Baja Blast Frozen drinks at the machine.
Sat down.
Waited.
Waited.
Waited.
Not a hello, not a hi, nothing.
10 minutes pass.
A man in a black shirt and tie comes in. We can only assume is the manager and THEEEEEN the girl with the drive thru headset comes over and asks what everyone is there for. I said, "how much longer for the 2 Baja blast drinks? We've been sitting here for 10 minutes." She laughs and goes, "Oh, that's all you're here for!!! What was it?"
Really?
Overpriced and the service.....ouch. You fail. How is this place open?! Never going back.
